I get home put a conditioner in it for human hair wigs, I cut the lace and put the wig on. after about trying to fit it on my head and placing it right and I put a low heat on it. This wig IS NOT human hair, it's definitely mixed with synthetic hair. I started to flat iron one side and immediately I felt a difference and stopped. I am so pissed they scammed me but they won't hear the last from me on this. How the hell does a human hair crinkle right out the box on 200 degree heat is beyond me! I took a video of me even flat ironing my hair while videoing it and one side is course and nasty. This wig is gross and useless. If anyone wants to buy a wig don't buy it from here.
