the following review reflects my treatment, rather than services received: FBS is a quiet and peaceful place, so the cold and abrasive attitude I faced was unexpected. I went in for a teeth whitening service from Stephanie some time in 2017. As someone who has extensive experience in maintaining client relations, I was genuinely confused. I sensed a condescending attitude in the worst moments (in one exchange with Stephanie: "there's this term, you definitely wouldn't know it, that Germans use to describe middle pain 'mittelschmerz'", haunts me to this day not because her attitude was unbelievably holier-than-thou), and apathy in the best times of our appointment. I politely thanked her for my service at the end, which was when she was the nicest and proceeded to seat me at her computer to write a positive review on google (which I've since deleted). To be fair, the ozone whitening treatment deserves 4/5, as she was really gentle and meticulous with my teeth. My feelings and comfort - not so much. Some will like her stories. Beware if you like to feel welcomed when receiving personal services. It took me 3 years to post this because I genuinely have a hard spreading negative reviews (I definitely didn't want to leave a harsh review as the experience was still fresh and emotional) but if I couldn't feel better after all this time, sharing is appropriate. read more

I just got my eyelashes permed yesterday with Stephanie and they look absolutely gorgeous! I chose to get the eyelash perming as an alternative to eyelash extensions (which Forever Beautiful Spa also offers) because they are less maintenance which I love as a mother of a young child. She also sells an excellent growth serum that I used (as suggested) before the treatment. I feel like it made my lashes look thicker and longer, and now that I have the perm it looks almost as if I had gotten extensions. I Love them thanks Stephanie! I posted pictures above for those of you thinking about getting it done. read more

I can't say enough how incredibly talented Stephanie is! She did an amazing job on my lash extensions, and they look so natural. The ease of care has saved me the hassle of having to wear much eye make up, and was the best accessory when on vacation. Forever Beautiful will make you feel just that...thank you! read more

Watch out for this place. I went in for a micro abrasion brow session for $250. Two weeks later I got a severe infection below my left eyebrow. I have been to an eye doctor, urgent care, and dermatologist that has cost me hundreds of dollars. Have been suffering with open wounds, redness, major swelling for nearly three weeks. Have been on antibiotics and now an anti viral prescription. I asked for a refund and she refused! Stay away and stay healthy. read more

Stephanie changed my life. That sounds a bit dramatic, I know. But it's true. My eyebrows have been sparse and spotty since the beginning of my existence. In the past 5 years, I learned about filling in eyebrows, and have gone through various different brands and products to pretend I have eyebrows. Since I have oily skin, my eyebrows smudge and smear (most commonly in the summer). I recently took the plunge, and committed to get my eyebrows microbladed. Stephanie did a wonderful job, and I couldn't be more happy with the results. Thank you! read more

I cant even give it a one star. I had mink lashes from a salon in LA which were full and beautiful I was looking for someone local so I went in with Stephanie for a mink fill and I walked out with less lashes then when I walked in. She recognized it was a bad job she did not charge me but blamed the other professional and said to come in again in 3 weeks and she would apply silk. I went in 3wks later and she had a girl that seemed to be a trainee do my lashes which took 1 1/2 and when I was done she had Stephanie check them and Stephanie applied a few more. When I saw them I was not happy they told me to come back in one week so they can apply more and of course I would have to pay extra for that. The next morning I woke up and they were falling out and when I looked closely some were glued in the wrong direction. I texted Stephanie and told her what the problem was and she said to come on in and she would fix them. When I got there she looked at them and returned my check and said there was nothing she could do for me and recommended me to another salon and blamed the previous salon which I was very happy and never had a complaint I had so many compliments. I had to walk around with horrible and wrong direction lashes. The reaction I received from people that always saw beautiful lashes on me was very embarrassing, I made sure to let everyone know where not to go. I was very disappointed in this so called professional. I went to another salon out of town and she asked who did this and I told her all she said was wow nothing more nothing less and like a true professional I walked out with beautiful and full lashes. read more
