This store is big but a terrible selection. I had a coupon for my birthday but still couldn't find anything to buy. The store was clean but I didn't see any staff around to ask for help if I needed it. The manager name starts with a D photo attached is horrible!!! The manager sent me through the store to find a manager to speak to only to be told the person I initially spoke to was the manager. SMH. Item we're in sale area and I asked associates if it in fact was on sale they said yea. Only to be told everything on racks are misplaced and nothings on sale. Manger did not try to help ir assist. And had an attitude when approached about it. Not only that but when I initially went up to register my fiancé greeted him with a hey what's up. How can they explain this!!! The manager at this store told my niece who was applying for a job at this store 3 days ago that they were not hiring (even though there was a sign on the door saying they were hiring. ) They even directed her to another business.that may hire her. To our surprise today my niece's friend who is Asian ( Chinese) got an interview for the same position. Rotten customer service at this location. Avoid if possible. Upstairs checkout is closed half of the time, meaning a time frame of at least half an hour plus to move through a line, (I had tried on another occasion and ended up walking out and leaving) unfriendly and unwelcoming staff, and just a disaster zone, particularly upstairs. I'm not one to leave reviews, but after my experience here, I felt as though I must. I understand it's Forever21 so it's always busy but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. So many employees on the floor but they go hiding when you try to ask a question or find out if they have something in stock. The upstairs register are never open so the downstairs register (and I mean one register) always has super long lines. Why not open all your registers? I went to the store with my daughter and she picked up 2 pairs of boots that had a sticker sale price of $29 and were on the isle of buy 1 get 1 free. After confirming with an associate if they really were on sale and buy 1 get 1 free, we headed to the register to pay. There we were told that they were full price and not buy 1 get 1 free. We were a little upset because this is false advertising. If a promotion has ended or something, the inventory should be updated properly and the staff should be notified so they don't misinform customers. read more

On top of everything prior I still have not received a refund. It has been four days past the pick up date. And almost a month since my order was even placed. The store has not sent my package back to the Warehouse and I have to wait five days until they coordinate with the store for my refund. The customer service is pathetic. The rep disconnected the phone when I asked for a manager. I did not yell. I did not curse. I work in retail and try my best to be understanding bc I to work with systems that limit our control. But this is a lack of care on the stores part. I no longer will be shopping with Forever 21. read more

I had read the one review on this place but since I did not see more opinons I decided to check it out for myself. I am one of those people if it does not have good reviews, I will turn away from it. I visited and it was a MESS! First let me let you know, it may say Forever 21. But it sure does not look like it. It was like a quite, dark, oversized closet honestly. The clothes on the rack were not impressive and it was so disorganized. I could not understand why, not many people were there that day. Plus there were no employees on the floor so no available assistance. If your a plus sized girl... do not expect to find something here. I'm usually intrigued at what I can find at F21 at great prices but this visit was so bland and disappointing. I don't think I will be returning again until they upgrade and update. read more

really unfortunate that if you purchase an item and return it the next day you can only get store credit. Pretty sure it would made sense for them to say before you complete the purchase that items cannot be fully refunded and that i would have to be stuck with a useless gift card to forever 21. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. The staff is so rude and that includes the management. So rude that I contacted their corporate office. There was several signs in the store that indicated there was an extra 30% off clearance merchandise but when I got to the register they knew nothing about it and said there was no sale. So I told them look at the signs on the racks but the cashier kept ringing up so I asked for the manager. She went and reluctantly got the sign and said to give me the 30% and then ripped the signs up. The cashier didn't know how to calculate the 30% off and didn't even want to continue ringing up because I had bought so many items then forgot to take off several items she had initially rang up. I had to go find the manager myself to have them adjust it. When I told her how rude the cashier was she didn't even care no apology, nothing. She seemed unfazed by the shear lack of respect the cashier had for their customers. I will NEVER shop at this location again! read more

I called the store to find out if a clothing item I saw online was in stock in store. A lady picks up and says call back they don't have time to look that up the line is long. What she should of said is I apologize do you mind if I put you on hold we have a long line OR she could of said my apologies for the inconvenience would you mind calling back when the store dies down. I'd give this location a zero if I could! Went in there to make a return for an online order... now the cc I used to pay for the online order expired and my bank issued me a new card. I informed the cashier of this change and she advised me that I could only receive store credit because she cant swipe a different card for a return. So she offered to manually enter the numbers which didnt work... so I offered to give her my old cc numbers for her to manually enter and she then proceeds to tell me that she cant manually enter the numbers... huh?!?? but she just did that with my new card! Some Red haired chick in a bad weave comes over proclaiming to be the manager and argues with me over the fact that I cant get a refund and since I dont have the correct card I can only be issue a store credit... I asked her to manually enter the old card numbers to which she said it was against store policy to do so and I said but the cashier already did that?? The Red Weave looked at the cashier and gave her a dirty look! Needless to say I took my store credit but I called the district office to speak to the general manager because I didnt appreciate the attitudes and mistreatment... and of course the GM never followed-up or returned my call... what a waste of time and energy... the worst customer service ever... these people are LESS THAN SMART!!! The employees in this store are much nicer then the employees in the one in the Galleria mall in White plains.
