Incredible customer service! The bad...we put some clothing on hold and came back an hour later to find that it was returned back in to inventory. The good...the staff more than made up for it when two employees immediately dropped what they were doing and cheerfully helped us find every single piece of clothing we had on hold. Then to top it off that, the manager gave us a 15% discount for our troubles. It is hard to find good customer service in retail shops anymore, so I was delighted by the way they handled the situation. It is now my favorite location. read more

I have to say, I am quite disappointed in this branch. I generally love Forever 21, but this branch is substandard. When you walk in, everything is always strewn across the floor and is all over the place. They are almost always out of most sizes and left with really big and really small sizes. The customer service is horrible, with literally no one around to help. The dressing rooms smell bad and there is always a long line to get in. On top of all of that, there is only an exchange policy, but when you try to go back and exchange, you can never find anything due to the reasons mentioned before. I think I would rather pay a higher price in return for a higher quality store. Believe me, the prices just aren't worth the effort. read more

I ordered a dress that was a "online return" only and of course they had that written before I checked out but nowhere did it say NO free returns. I tried returning it to the store and they told me no way, very rudely I might add and then to call customer service where they couldn't do anything either. I paid $7.50 to return the stupid dress AND the return address was not even 20 minutes away from me......ridiculous! read more

This Forever 21 is far too large and it is difficult to find even the simplest of pieces. When asking a staff member where I could find a basic bodycon skirt, she proceeded to waste ten minutes of my time and came up with an answer to the effect of "They're really just all over. It depends on what section you're in." without even pointing me in a general direction. This store is very loud and poorly organized, making it very overwhelming. The clothing is very poor quality. When I went to the fitting room to try something on, I waited somewhere under five minutes (at the front of the line, with fitting rooms obviously available) until I had to ask the girl for a fitting room, to which she did not even respond and did not acknowledge that I had said anything. Finally she put down the shirt she was hanging up and told me to use the a vacant room. I don't even think she made eye contact with me throughout the entire interaction. When I was checking out (God forbid I had to return something), the clerk was friendly but took a long time even after I told her I was in a hurry. Apparently she needed the manager's permission to do a return, and the manager (the woman that gave me the less than satisfactory answer to my earlier question) was goofing off with the clerk, discussing when they would get off work and how excited they were, when I was standing right there. To say the least, I was less than amused. Overall, I give it a thumbs down. I've never experienced such poor customer service. read more

Forever 21 is a place where men, women, children, and full figured women are able to shop comfortable. Once you walk into their doors there will be someone greeting you allowing you to feel noticed. Then your eyes will suddenly be fixed on bright colored clothing and well put together manikins. Instantly you imagine your face on each one to see how good you could rock that outfit. For some reason you never feel as if you're shopping in a clothing store, it's seems like it's your own huge personal closet. You have a section for each aspect in your life. Club nights, school, work out, shoes, hanging out, and accessories. Being in sure a big location the selections they have are a lot bigger than any other store. From a plus size teenager Forever 21 allows us to create an outfit that will be noticed in a crowd full of people. Many say, "even if it's in your size does not mean you should wear it," which Forever 21 miss guards with every piece of clothing they make for a plus size female. Every piece that is in the plus size section flatters the body of every shape. The plus size section can put a smile on every full figured female because it allows us to have a positive spotlight on us. However there are some areas of improvement that can take place. For the most part they should have a good selection of sizes on the floor. Sure sometimes plus size females may walk in feel a little out of place when they see the smaller sizes right when they walk into the store but If they were to go back into their sections to find all the clothing they wanted in their size they could feel like they are being token care like everyone else. Also there be someone in each section of the store to help the customers. Some customer may need a little guidance to what would look nice on them. For the females that do not have as much confidence as the next person may need someone there to reassure them that they are gorgeous. Another thing the fitting rooms is a major area that need improvement. When someone is trying to see of a piece of clothing looks on them they should not feel rushed in any way. The fitting rooms at Forever are very mess and pushed together. In the fitting rooms the lighting is very dim to where you really can't see your outfit is going to look like in normal light. There are two fitting rooms in the park meadow but for the past about six mouths one of them has been shut down. If they were to fix the problems with the broken fitting room many customers could determine what they liked sooner than later. The last problem that I have notice in Forever 21 is the accessories section of the store. Forever 21 accessories are very attracted to the naked eye which makes this section receive a lot of traffic throughout the day. With all the traffic this section gets the more things are misplaced. Also I feel that this company does not display their jewelry piece in a flattering way. Instead of placing all the necklaces in the same place they should separate them so that people can focus on just one piece at a time. read more
