If you are a commuter it takes about 6 - 8 minutes in the drive thru (as I commute 45 minutes so I know how important every minute counts.) Bagels and Brews takes pride in serving coffee from La Cosecha Coffee Roaster (Maplewood, Missouri) - this company buys their coffee beans at a fair price from coffee farmers . This place is striving to connect with our community by serving everyone. Coffee is important to them, but you can tell when you go through the drive thru relationships are paramount. The staff is always cheery and willing to make sure the order is exactly what you want. My only complaint would be the level of "crunch" with the toasted sandwich.
