When I moved here I was promised a working pool and safe grounds. I have seen the other buildings compared to mines and it's sad that they do NOT look like the pictures posted on the site or on instagram( which is not updated). The leasing office is the only thing updated. I have had to replace my own faucets, have a mold company test my bathroom for mold due to Poor maintaince prior to me Moving into my unit. The only reason I have a star is because of the school district. I pay $50 per month to park my car due to the still Broken light in the entry that does not come On until 8-9pm a s safety concerns. The intercom does not work (still) and the laundry room dryers have yet to be serviced( after now having a increase in the price and low water pressure) Yet we are still charged amenity fees for no amenity. overall, my only concern regarding this apartment complex is the lack of evidence that shows the pictures displayed on the website. Those pictures are not true and the apartments do not match the pictures facilitated on the website the fees and the price gouging is ridiculous but a lot of us still call this place home. This apartment complex feels like a project in the middle of a very nice community and neighborhood. There's only one way in and one way out which often times feels like a prison. I'm not sure if the corporate office or the actual T.I. community is aware that all of the Apartments buildings in this community do not look the same as pictured but It's fine time that they really see where their money is going in this community because it is not fairly distributed amongst the property or us Tenants :(......

I don't even know where to begin. I read all of the reviews before moving here & was nervous to…read morecontinue with my lease after how negative the majority of them were, & my boyfriend assured me they were "new building kinks." Fast forward to living here for almost 4 months, I can't wait to leave. I can go on about the state of the buildings & some of the people in them but instead I'm going to warn whoever reading this about the unprofessional management here. When we first moved in, our apartment (was officially built for only a week before we moved in) was filthy. There was drywall dust ALL OVER along with some contractors lunch rotting in our fridge, but that's something no one else will have to deal with since construction is over. If I haven't said it enough, the building is only 4 months old at this point, but on 10/25 I noticed a water stain on our bedroom ceiling. I submitted a ticket on 11/02 to have someone take a look. On 12/06, maintenance came in & only covered it with some sort of drywall mud & came back to sand it down later- the stain was still present & there was no permanent fix but what seemed like an attempt to hide it. I receive a phone call on 12/19 from somebody with construction asking us if they can inspect the work that was done on the apartment the next day on 12/20. In my mind, I assumed enough residents complained about the quality of the building that they were checking everyone's units & I gave them permission to enter. The same day(12/20), my boyfriend walked in after work to find they had knocked down the wall from ceiling to floor with the exposed wood molded out, no covering, & ALL OF MY CLOTHES/SHOES in the closet directly across from the work were white from the construction & no one ever cleaned any of it up. They eventually came to cover up the spot & put a fan in to dry it out- mind you, I'm paying for this fan to run, our bedroom is FREEZING since we're on a corner unit so Im also paying extra in heat to accommodate the temperature drop...5 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. We're now going on day 3 of maintenance not coming out after promising they would come out today or yesterday. We've sent emails with no response, & we are now sleeping in the guest bedroom & canceling our family coming into town for the holidays. This is ridiculous & if you can find a different place to live, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT INSTEAD

Turns out he was on drugs and they let things like people parking anywhere they want, putting dog crap on door handles, etc. happen. After I left the right way they took half of my security deposit for "cleaning" even though I cleaned it myself. On top of that the owner actually disclosed that he cleans after each tenant (debatable) and took that cost out of my deposit. Sorry, but there is a lot of shadey stuff happening here. Be weary. Owner lives in FL and is no help in these matters.
