Destroyed our temprapedic bed (had to go in the dump) and did not pay (nor willing to pay) for the damages. Scratches on all furniture, and half the time they were grunting because they couldn't lift the furniture, WTF?! They did not give any discount for the absurd amount of time they took and the overall inconvenience of the whole event. We ended up having to move the boxes ourselves. I regret paying them... Should have just waved goodbye once it was finally over. The guys were nice but seriously did not know what they were doing professionally. Sending your husband to do a job because your regular work guys are booked is not the way to do business. If you have two hand trucks with you, please use them! I would not recommend this company. Spend the extra money and get professionals.

They then sold it (needs costly work to bring it up to safety spec) to Advantage Properties Chicago without any notice to tenants over the holiday....these people were no better. No snow removal, no phone presence, and forcing tenants to hoop jump to get any service. Now, for the second time in two years, the place has switched hands again...being run by Bender Companies. I have been paying for my older loved one to live here for near twenty years...I beg her to leave, but she made friends there. After only a few weeks of Bender running the place....they increase her rent by nearly 50% overnight! This means I'll have to uproot my family member from her friends now and deal with a move in the dead of a hot summer. Run the other way.....this place is cursed with a history of difficult management and this may be the worst yet!
