We were so happy with everything from our sales person, to our main building contractor, but now that it is time for our warranty issues... forget about it. We can't get a hold of anyone and are getting the run around. We have just given up and are going to fix the problems ourselves. We like the quality of the house but there are small issues that can be easily fixed, but the warranty side of Lennar needs some serious work. They are giving me the impression that as soon as they are out of your neighborhood it is see ya sucker! If they would have followed thru with the warranty check ups they would have received 5 stars. Now I think of them as a fly by night company.

Can't complain about driveway in Colorado I guess but can clearly see how little concrete they used. Our house was the last one they built in this community so they were under rush and feels like they did extra negligence.

When getting quotes, I found communication with other companies frustrating and off-putting. One company didn't respond when they advised they would, another seemed very rigid and inflexible. Steve (owner of This & That) was very personable, answered his calls when able, and responded in a timely manner. We received our landscape quote the day after he reviewed our yard. Before we committed to This & That, Steve came out again to discuss changes. Once we signed our agreement with him, Steve continued to be available to receive our calls, texts, and emails and was flexible with design changes. Steve was also very knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and sincere in his communication. We showed Steve pictures of trees that we liked and he advised that he could get these trees, but also advised that the picture did not reflect how it looks in Colorado. We told him about our HOA requirements, and he explained and put us at ease regarding how he would meet them. Installation was also a great experience. Steve started on Tuesday, said they would wrap up on Monday. They finished early Friday, a full business day early. They absolutely overdelivered and surpassed our expectations. We were also able to make some minor deviations as they worked (made a play area for the kids larger, plant placement, adding additional rock, etc.) Also, while Steve wasn't onsite the entire time, he WAS onsite every day and for most of everyday. When he wasn't here, he was out picking up the material for our project. Thank you, Steve, and crew for the fantastic job!

Our home not only did not contain the options that it was suppose to but it also had misleading advertising on ceiling heights and customer service. Fraud is the only word that comes to mind. They were very attentive to us till we had to address problems which were only big due to their refusal. we have heard of many homeowners in our neighborhood that become so frustrated they just take on the work themselves.
