The selection of food was balanced between Asian specialty items and regular grocery items people in the neighborhood need. It was very clean and the staff friendly. I did not find every item I might have wanted at an Asian grocery store but I found some Korean vegan items I have not spotted elswehere! I appreciated the fresh and reasonably priced produce. This is such a fantastic addition to the neighborhood!

Parking is easy, as there is a free public lot about 50 feet away, and street parking is also available. The workers are always friendly, and often will give you cheese samples (yum). I have never had a bad sandwich here. Some favorites are the chicken salad, the prosciutto-fig-ricotta, and the sweet chorizo. Today, I ordered the Turkey club and the Sandwich of the Week, the La Tur, which had a cow, goat and sheep milk cheese with blueberry honey jam, greens and bacon. It was good, but don't get this sandwich unless you like cheeses that REALLY have that sheep flavor! There are a few small tables for 2 tucked inside by the register, and a couple of small tables outside in nice weather, but this is really more of a grab'n go place. We took these on the plane with us the next day, as we were traveling. Pro Tip: You can earn France 44 rewards at this location, just tell them you are a member when you get to the register!

It was buttery, flaky, crispy, spicy, meaty, and sweet all at the same time and I am positively obsessed. I was so glad to have decided to pick that one up. I have purchased turkey a few times that has gone bad in my fridge before or immediately after the sell by date. I have a brand new fridge as well, so that can't be blamed. When you charge this much for turkey, it should at least last until the sell by date. I also don't appreciate how when you purchase a smoothie, they pour massive amounts of it down the drain when it doesn't fit into your cup. At least set those out as samples. It is extremely wasteful.

I was mostly there to check out the cheese selection, and what I found pleased me greatly. They had a nice variety of cheeses, including many top-level local makers. They also had diverse jams, honeys, and crackers to go along with cheese; those were arranged atop the cheese gondola and on a nearby shelf. Checkout was fast, the checker very welcoming and pleasant. I'd definitely visit this market and others in the chain if I come across them again.

They are now in a quiet area of businesses in the Harriet Island area, which happens to have lots of nice areas to stroll. This is a shop that sells artisan chocolate and honey. They're super proud of their honey and even invited me to check out the buzzing bee boxes out back! This is good honey; I don't have pure honey too often but this is very sweet stuff. The chocolate bonbons filled with honey are great, perfect blend of the two. You can also get chocolate-drizzled honeycomb which is quite intense and is ideally experienced shmushed onto some toast or creatively combined with something somehow, but it is a good idea to do something like that. And they have chocolate that isn't about honey but is interesting, artisan stuff! And you can sample a whole bunch of the flavors! Get bars of the ones you like or maybe do what I did and buy a mixed bag of little pieces and bring them to a party and let people guess what the flavors are.
