We were there negotiating for about an hour explaining our side and ask for the videos around the resort supporting our claim but they said it they are not working, which is not our fault. So they end up apologizing to us for their mistake. One thin bath towel will cost us around 18$/900 pesos. The rooms were old and much needed Reno for the resort and they charge premium for a night.

Lack of hand and face towels. Hotel guests have to pay for a beach umbrella? - ridiculous! This would have been a complimentary. We're not allowed to have 2 towels for a beach or pool day! The staff was asked for a beach chair and seems don't wanna give us one! WTH?! No elevators/lift... be sure your website says so. Breakfast buffet that was included in the booking sucks! It's cheap- corned beef, viena sausage. Not a lot of fruit selections (only water melon, cantaloup & papaya, I asked for mangos, twice in consecutive breakfasts in our 3 days of stay, said they are out! No one cares and takes note of it. No liquid coffee creamer. A local fresh milk Alaska brand or Magnolia would have been heaven! Highly NOT recommended

We got the Nordic eggs Benedict (accompanied by unlimited coffee), the Greek salad (I asked to remove the olives and feta cheese, and they kindly accommodated for us), and the watermelon juice (which was actually a watermelon slush so it was even more refreshing and delicious!) The Nordic eggs Benedict came with a side salad; the croissants were golden, buttery, flaky! We had debated between the chicken Caesar salad and the Greek salad- the Greek salad was exactly what we were craving with the many crisp vegetables Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our server was patient with us as we browsed the menu. Everything arrived within only a few minutes, perfectly cooked! At the end, we asked for help calling a taxi, and they were able to find us a ride, even allowing us to wait inside with the AirCon :) While waiting for the taxi, we bought chocolate chip cookies and macarons to-go (available at the counter and the display table). We tried once we got back to our hotel, and the cookies were slightly doughy, but still sweet and decadent. They also have freshly baked baguettes and small containers of ice cream for sale The prices are similar to U.S. prices, as our overall order cost around $35 USD. With the quality ingredients and experience, I would highly recommend!

The interior was gorgeous, quiet&cozy, and a welcoming cold temperature-wise, as there was AirCon. Immediately upon arrival, the host greeted and sat us at a comfortable booth. We were served water and given beautifully-designed plates. The staff were patient while we read over the menu, and assisted us when we were ready :) They answered questions we had about specific dishes, and even informed us that certain sections were sharing-sizes Their menu was quite extensive, with many options of appetizers, ramen, noodles, sushi, sukiyaki, hotpot, and tempura. I ordered the beef sukiyaki while my bf had the volcano maki roll. The broth of the sukiyaki bowl was rich and savory, and it came with so much beef! The sushi rolls were quite large with a good ratio of rice to salmon (my bf isn't 100% sure what type of fish it was). We also got the vegetable salad and the radish salad on the side. The vegetable salad was larger than anticipated, and accompanied by an addicting peanut dressing. The radishes were refreshing and coated by crispy fish flakes. Everything was so delicious, and the portions were extremely filling; we got through half of our meals before we had to ask for to-go boxes.
