Not Neurodivergent friendly…read more Brooke has trouble communicating clearly to mean what she wants. Instead she sighs while your eyes are taped, texts people during your service, and only smiles when you tip her. I was running late for an appointment so I sent Brooke a message and before I left she read it and waited 45 mins to respond before saying "Yeah we'd need to reschedule if you're 30 mins or more late". I ended arriving 22 mins late (I would travel 1 1/2 hours away) so I thought it would be fine so I let her know. I literally asked if it was OK to arrive and she said yeah, then she hearted the message and was waiting for me at the door texting in her phone when I arrived She rushed me to the back and did my 1 1/2 - 2 hour appointment in under a hour. She mentioned it probably being not that great (she said that while texting people on her phone through my service) and how I'd need to get a fill for it to look better and I said it would be ok, that I appreciate her effort and would come back in a week for a mini full and tipped her $38.00. I booked my appointment, Brooke declined my appointment request 24 hours later (she usually accepts within a hour or so) with no communication as to why and then blocked me after a few weeks (making sure to not let me see that she read my message by not opening it) I tired being really kind to her because she acted scared of me for some reason. Like just me existing in her space dedicated to blondes (hair space that she rents a room at) She definitely gives mean girl vibes with even worst customer service. And she has review options off on her booking site...hmmmm I wonder why?

It's been about 3 years of me getting lashes and she was patient with me throughout the process educating me on the different looks for my eye shape, the dos and don'ts of what to use when you have them, and the methods of keeping longer retention to get the most out of my lash fills. So how do I know Jenny is the absolute best? There was a time she had a beautiful little girl on the way and I decided I would wait to get lashes until she came back. I was of course impatient (we all know they are addicting) and I went to another salon to try someone else out. They had cancelled on me the morning of, when I finally got into see them they were not warm or welcoming, my lashes fell off in a week, and they didn't look damn near close to what I wanted, and I threw a lot of money away. Moral of the story is go to Jenny. If I could give her more than a 5 star review I sure would.

She was very thorough, gentle and did a great job with the tint on my brows. I like mine to be darker since it fades and it was well ombré-d and didn't feel blocky at all for me! We'll see how it lasts in about a month or so! If things go well, Clair will for sure be my go to locally. Pro tip: definitely do the online booking; don't call/text. It was super hard to connect that way when I tried to see her a month before this appointment. Online booking was clear and easy but, just a heads up she does ask for a small deposit though ($10) at booking that goes toward overall service cost which is totally reasonable.

She is patient and meticulous when it came to my lashes and how they looked. What sets her apart is she ensures the aftercare is done well. I've been to a handful of other lash techs in Santa Rosa and Windsor, and would absolutely recommend Claire above the others.
