This location is careless, dismissive, and clearly avoids accountability. They would rather gaslight their customers than make the moment right. Alex and his crew are polite in addition to being skilled mechanics, they listen to what you tell them the problem is, they start there! From what my husband and I saw while at their shop, we are truly left with the feeling that if they it can't fix it at Pete's garage it can't be fixed. Also, very reasonably priced

My Dad's old Lexus was dripping something as we were about to embark on a long trip (Dad had passed a few months prior). I was still grieving my Dad and overwhelmed by all the responsibilities of a loved one's passing, and now a car issue to boot. I had called three service centers prior to finally hitting the jackpot by calling Mobil 1. Even though it was late the day, Zarie kindly said "of course, bring it in. We will figure out what it needs and take care of you." Aside from topping off all the fluids, Zarie discovered that the transmission fluid was black, not pink. He did a full flush He also put a stabilizer into the oil tank and filled the oil for us. The price was so incredibly reasonable and fair! We waited in the clean, air conditioned waiting room while his staff worked diligently in 95 degree weather. Always with smiles on their faces, compassion for our loss and kindness. I met with the young man behind the counter. I can't remember his name but he was very nice. I listed out everything they had told me at the dealership and had them perform the work. The work was done correctly, which is why they get two stars and not one. The issues are a) they charged more than the dealership, which doesn't seem right to me, and b) Joe, the owner, walked past me three times in the two hours that I sat in his waiting area and never even acknowledged my existence. How hard is it to say hello to a customer in your waiting area? I don't know what has happened over the course of the last five years, but this place is not what it used to be. I was thrilled when I first found him but now, I'll probably just use the dealership. They can get me in and out faster, they charge less and they at least say hello to me. It's just not worth spending my money at a place that makes me feel like they don't appreciate my business.
