Worst garage I've ever dealt with. We knew our car needed repairs but they sent us home with a 40$…read morebill for their time and said the car was fine. Went to a competent mechanic and was told we have roughly 3900$ worth of repairs to be done. Most of which were VERY apparent. DO NOT go to this shop. Called to make a formal complaint. Mechanic didn't want to hear it so he pawned me off to reception. Reception couldn't find my file even though we were there less than 2 weeks ago because they don't know how to use a computer and don't have a proper filing system. I had to point out that no one bothered to apologise because they certainly wouldn't have done it on their own. Instead they insisted their gross negligence "didn't sound like something they would do" and asked if I was calling the right place. Terrible service, incompetent mechanics.

Which means they aren't in the business to gouge their customers, they do things fairly and offer options for costs. Having had a recent issue with my car, it was all hands on deck, every single one working there was involved. To all of you, so much gratitude for your help. We had a car accident and found out too late that when TriStar initiated the rental they did not put on insurance. When we took over the rental no one asked us about insurance. The car we were driving was totalled. My insurance had to pay the cost of the car.
