Not your typical gym. It is more than a gym. If you're ready to lose weight this is the place.. You must commit to the sessions. There are a variety of sessions that can best fit your time and needs. Try it out.

He truly cares about people and wants to see them reach their goals. Now, my favorite instructor, Val! Mad House, you better keep her happy because we can't let her leave! She is AMAZING, genuinely loves what she does, and brings the best energy to every class. She's the ultimate hype person! I truly enjoy coming to Pilates, and Val and Cesar are a big part of that. Thank you both for spreading positivity and promoting health, wellness, and longevity. Mad House Pilates is lucky to have you!

That's completely false. There are several restrooms and I've never had to wait. The overall aesthetic of this place is top tier. The equipment is high quality, well maintained, and there's plenty of space to train. The gym is split into two sides and now they even have MAD Pilates, which is a great addition. So far, I haven't had to wait for equipment once. Even when it's busy, I've still been able to get a full workout in without issues. That's a huge difference compared to the gym up the street (Chuze), where you'll often see groups of people camping on the same machine. On weekends I come right when the doors open and it's about as empty as it gets. Perfect way to start the day. One warning though: don't try the peanut butter and jelly shake... unless you want to get hooked. It's that good. The turkey wrap is also a solid option. The staff has been amazing and welcoming since day one. Overall experience so far: 10/10. Highly recommended

I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience at Chuze Fitness, especially as someone paying…read moreextra for one of the Premier/top-tier memberships. Part of the reason I pay more each month is to have access to amenities like the LIFT Lab. Recently, access to the LIFT Lab has been opened up more broadly, which already makes me question what I'm paying the additional membership cost for. Tonight made that frustration even worse. The gym is advertised as being open until midnight, yet at 11:45 PM I was told I needed to leave the LIFT Lab so staff could have 15 minutes to close. I completely understand that employees want to leave on time, and I have no issue reracking my weights, cleaning up my area, and being ready to leave the gym by midnight. But if the facility closes at midnight, as a paying member I expect to be able to use the amenities included with my membership until the posted closing time. If certain areas actually close at 11:45, that needs to be clearly communicated as the operating hours for those amenities. Otherwise, members are essentially paying for access that isn't available for the full advertised business hours. I've continued paying more specifically for the additional benefits of my membership, but experiences like this seriously make me question whether the Premier membership is worth keeping. I hope management takes a look at both the LIFT Lab access policies and how closing procedures are handled so that paying members are actually receiving the services they're paying for.

I'm genuinely disappointed to be writing this review because I came to this business through a…read morefriend's referral, and I really wanted this to be a positive experience. I want to be clear that I understand I signed a contract, and I take responsibility for signing it. My review is not about pretending the contract didn't exist. My concern is with my overall experience and, especially, the way I was spoken to when things didn't work out. While I was training here, I communicated that I had financial limitations and couldn't afford to keep adding more. Despite that, I often felt pressured to purchase additional training or add more days. It became uncomfortable feeling like I was being encouraged to spend more almost every time I came in, particularly after I had already explained what I could afford. Eventually, circumstances changed and I stopped attending. I understand that I should have communicated that sooner, and I can acknowledge my part in that. However, when the business contacted me regarding the remaining contract, what could have been a professional conversation became unnecessarily personal. I was told that they "can't afford to be hurt financially by people like you," that they would "eat that money since you don't have it," and that I should "be more mindful" when doing business with another small company. I found those comments incredibly condescending and hurtful. There is a professional way to discuss a contract, cancellation, or unpaid balance without making someone feel ashamed about their financial circumstances or referring to them as "people like you." What makes this especially disappointing is that I had never completely ruled out returning. Just because I wasn't attending at that time did not mean I never planned to come back. I had considered returning when my circumstances allowed me to. After receiving these messages, however, I no longer feel comfortable doing so. I respect that this is a small business and understand that losing revenue affects a small business. At the same time, being a small business does not excuse speaking to a customer this way. How you treat people when there is a disagreement matters just as much as how you treat them when everything is going well. I genuinely wish this situation had been handled differently. I came here because someone I trusted recommended them, and I would have preferred to leave with a positive impression and potentially return in the future. Unfortunately, the way this was handled changed that for me. I'm sharing my experience so prospective clients can make their own informed decision--not only about the training, but also about how difficult situations with customers may be handled.
