I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience at Chuze Fitness, especially as someone paying…read moreextra for one of the Premier/top-tier memberships. Part of the reason I pay more each month is to have access to amenities like the LIFT Lab. Recently, access to the LIFT Lab has been opened up more broadly, which already makes me question what I'm paying the additional membership cost for. Tonight made that frustration even worse. The gym is advertised as being open until midnight, yet at 11:45 PM I was told I needed to leave the LIFT Lab so staff could have 15 minutes to close. I completely understand that employees want to leave on time, and I have no issue reracking my weights, cleaning up my area, and being ready to leave the gym by midnight. But if the facility closes at midnight, as a paying member I expect to be able to use the amenities included with my membership until the posted closing time. If certain areas actually close at 11:45, that needs to be clearly communicated as the operating hours for those amenities. Otherwise, members are essentially paying for access that isn't available for the full advertised business hours. I've continued paying more specifically for the additional benefits of my membership, but experiences like this seriously make me question whether the Premier membership is worth keeping. I hope management takes a look at both the LIFT Lab access policies and how closing procedures are handled so that paying members are actually receiving the services they're paying for.

Pledge Fitness has been such a positive part of my routine for the past two years. Joining was one…read moreof the best decisions I've made. What stands out most is how personalized everything feels. The coaches pay attention to your individual strengths, limitations, and goals instead of taking a one size fits all approach. I have an old knee injury that flares up, and they always help modify movements so I could still safely strengthen the same muscle groups without making the pain worse. All coaches do a great job of making fitness feel approachable instead of overwhelming. I've tried other private gyms in the area before, and the environment here feels completely different. The owners, Coach Ray and Coach Anna, are wonderful to work with and have created such a positive environment for everyone there. The atmosphere is comfortable, encouraging, and never intimidating. All of the members are kind, welcoming, and supportive of one another. The workouts are challenging in the best way, the classes go by fast, and the environment makes it easy to keep showing up. I can't recommend this place enough.

That's completely false. There are several restrooms and I've never had to wait. The overall aesthetic of this place is top tier. The equipment is high quality, well maintained, and there's plenty of space to train. The gym is split into two sides and now they even have MAD Pilates, which is a great addition. So far, I haven't had to wait for equipment once. Even when it's busy, I've still been able to get a full workout in without issues. That's a huge difference compared to the gym up the street (Chuze), where you'll often see groups of people camping on the same machine. On weekends I come right when the doors open and it's about as empty as it gets. Perfect way to start the day. One warning though: don't try the peanut butter and jelly shake... unless you want to get hooked. It's that good. The turkey wrap is also a solid option. The staff has been amazing and welcoming since day one. Overall experience so far: 10/10. Highly recommended
