Our class consists of five people (the maximum size), and he customizes each workout to accommodate individual body types and prior injuries. Drake is extremely knowledgeable about the body and its mechanics--muscles, fascia, ligaments, and more. To us, he is not just a trainer; he could easily pass for a physical therapist. His deep understanding of different body issues has helped us stay strong and avoid injuries, which is especially important as we remain active into our seventies. As an added bonus, Drake is warm, personable, and genuinely invested in keeping his clients healthy, strong, and injury-free. We highly recommend Drake as a trainer and hope to continue training with him at Good Time Fitness for many years to come. Good Time Fitness has a great atmosphere, an excellent range of equipment, and a very clean, well-maintained facility. I had also decided that I needed to change my lifestyle if I want to have any chance of being healthy and mobile for the next 20-30 years, and finding a personal trainer was at the top of my list. I did not feel confident just going to the gym and trying to figure stuff out on my own. Alina is an awesome trainer. She completely understood where I was coming from, what my goals and fears were and was able to suggest adaptation to exercises and some new equipment that I had never even heard about. She is an educated, knowledgeable and experienced trainer and an awesome person all around. I really appreciated that she was able to explain what we were doing and why, short term and long term. I was impressed by how well she was able to judge my abilities (she was better at it than me!) and how attentive she was during our training. I could relax and exercise without any anxiety. I have to say that it was really impressive how she was able to give me just the right amount and type of encouragement and support I needed. All of these things led me to enjoy my gym time even more. It's been over a year now, and my results are great! I am so much stronger and capable now, with better stamina, and have more self confidence. I am seeing some body recomposition happening and I couldn't be happier. My mental health has improved a lot and now going to the gym is the highlight of my week. I'm pretty sure I gained a friend in Alina, along with all those other things, which is beyond awesome. It isn't like typical gyms, it feels more like a gym-resort-wellness center. It has high ceiling and ventilation is great. It can get smelly if it's super busy but that's why I go in the morning. I also like how everyone just focuses on themselves and no one is judging or being "weird." It's like everyone working out on their own pace and no judgement. I also had no experiences of going to the gym. It feels daunting initially because there's so many machines and it's overwhelming, which is why I particularly wanted to get a personal trainer and I love mine. Ainura is wonderful, she remembers the body goals im after and she helps me with a workout plan that will help me. You can see photos of my 3 month progress as proof. I've also had to visit out of state gyms due to work and I can safely say... pro club still the best. Love the staffs, environment, aura, and my trainer. LASTLY, I know it's on the higher end compared to other gyms but the amenities make it up. For example, free classes of Pilates, yoga, Zumba, etc. Going to miss Pro club for the next 2 weeks since I'm traveling :(

But only for us. The minute I picked up a paddle, I realized I was royalty and that Bay Club understands true elite status. My every minor whim is their command. I casually mention the "squeaky old basketball courts" are a bit archaic and inefficient for our gentlemanly strategy? Poof!--they literally roll a glorious slab of semi-permanent, cushioned vinyl right over that outdated, varnished hardwood. It's absolutely chef's kiss. They paved over the past, and I got more nets! The acoustic-deadening luxury is unparalleled. Who needs to see wood grain when you can have industrial-grade linoleum that silences the ghosts of whatever irrelevant sport used to be played here? This is what peak performance looks like: endless courts, endless tournaments, endless "Zero-Zero-Two!" shouts echoing through the hall. We don't need to sweat like animals; we dominate from a neat 10-foot box with true finesse. And to those disgruntled, archaic hoop-heads lingering in the corners? Please, evaporate. Your sport is a relic, a shambling corpse, and the NBA is literally a joke propped up by shoe commercials and social media drama. The refs couldn't spot a travel if a player packed a suitcase, booked a direct flight out of Sea-Tac, and walked through TSA with the ball tucked under their arm. Did they take three steps? Four? A gather-step? Just carry the ball like a running back, nobody cares anymore! There are no rules, just chaos and unnecessary, vulgar sweating. Seriously, the puddles of "hard work" they leave are a public health hazard. Disgusting. The old days are gone, Grandpa. I hear other people complaining about cleaning staffs being cut? Or the weight room looking like a monochrome hospital ward? As if that matters. I'm too focused on my next dink to notice dust, and who lifts weights when you can master gentlemanly strategy? Thank you, Bay Club, for finally prioritizing true culture and paving the way to the future. Keep the vinyl coming! See you all in the kitchen! I had tried another lifting trainer nearby who just didn't work out, when I came to Camie to try working out with her. She's been wonderful for my physical and mental health ever since! She not only helped me with my goal of losing weight (40lb+ down and still losing), but also helped me with my nutrition and my last year's cardio goals as well of running my first marathon this past month. She does such a great job of always making sure to train her clients safely but also always continuing to push us well! Everyone comes to her with different goals, and she works individually with each of us on our personal goals.

We all have different goals (add muscle mass, lose weight, improve conditioning, etc), but to get results sometimes you just need someone else to lay it out for you and hold you accountable. I'm currently maintaining the most muscle mass in my life with noticeable improvements in strength, while the wifey has slimmed down a ton while adding muscle as well. We're all human and have flaws (cheat days) which she understands, but she'll hold you accountable for your poor diet and is always suggesting nutrition improvements. The workout space is in a building suite, with all the weights, machines, training equipment, etc. This isn't a typical gym; there are no cardio treadmills/ ellipticals/ bikes, but you can get the same effect with what she has you do (what trainer wants to watch you do cardio anyways?). The workouts are kept challenging and tailored to your end goal, as she pushes you to the max. She trains all age ranges from teens to seniors, individuals and small groups as well. Camie will be challenging, but at the same time everybody grows close (you can talk about anything and everything) as everyone operates on similar work out schedules. Definitely recommend her, and her loyal clients would probably agree as well.

The front-desk is also very warm and welcoming. I tore my achilles and one of my goals has been to play soccer again. I have had a mental block when it comes to pushing off my injured ankle for fear of repeating injury. My physical therapist introduced dribbling and passing exercises to distract me from focusing on reinjury. I have made a lot of progress, and I am very appreciative that he found creative ways to push me forward. The facility is top-notch. There is a huge turf field, a fully equipped weight-training area, and there is a lot of energy filling the wide-open space. If you are looking to get back into game shape, this is the place for you.

Right away on my first visit with Dr. RJ Salasky I felt so welcomed, sincerely heard and felt almost excited about the game plan he put in motion for my personal success! I could immediately feel Dr. RJ Salasky cared and really carried the Medical knowledge specific to my needs. I have been currently doing physical therapy with Dr. RJ Salasky about 2x a week for a little over a month now at this Phenomenal Factoria location. Not only has SPT given me Pain free movement in my areas of need SPT has inpired Motivation to continue a stronger & healthier fitness lifestyle. The SPT staff has a way of truly making you feel like family and you also make that connection with other SPT guests as the Atmosphere is set to be Fun, Creative & truly Inspirational. The equipment is in fantastic shape and the gym is always clean and organized. They have a fantastic variety of free weights and machines and can accommodate almost any type of training. As other reviewers have noted, the location is very convenient, there's dedicated parking, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Update after 2 years of working out here. Still *love* this gym. Wanted to add that I've been doing PT sessions (8x a month) with their personal trainers, Jeremy and Andrew. Can't recommend them enough! Both know their stuff, provide excellent feedback, support, and motivation, and something that didn't occur to me ahead of time - they help get the weights/exercises setup, which makes my time in the gym that much more efficient! The gym is going to continue adding new equipment, and they have some great plans for the future. I'm excited to see what comes.

    Been training with Tony at Iron Works Gym for about a year now. Unfortunately my metabolism has…read moreslowed down as I got older and the lifestyle of these 80 hour work weeks has taken a toll. It's a vicious cycle of being too tired to work out and getting to the point where it was surprisingly cheaper to dine out at restaurants than to put in the energy and time to grocery shop and cook. But taking the easier route will always have a cost in the long run and I knew something had to change if I still want to be hot when I'm 69 years old. I really don't enjoy working out at all, it's painful, but having a personal trainer holds me accountable to show up to my appointments plus it's just nice to get help from a professional. You can tell Tony is very passionate about what he does and cares about his clients. It's also convenient for me not to have to recruit homies for the group sessions, he does all the logistical work to pair up with others that are in a similar stats as you. I'm probably not the best for visual results as I just went from objectively skinny to still skinny, but I am stronger compare to when I first started where I was crippling doing any sort of exercise with no weights at all to now. My meal portions are more in control without feeling like I had to give up everything and start eating like a squirrel, just no more regular boba tea runs. What's more important is that I truly believe that exercise contributes to stronger mental health and I recommend everybody to do some form of exercise even if you're not overweight at all. I vowed…read moreto work for a year to get in "the best shape of my life", a friend of mine (and also a client) recommended Tony, and I thought, "why not". So it's been 10 months, and through his guidance I've lost 20lbs, and have packed on muscle. I "see" Tony virtually with his distance program, and he reliably sends me eating plans and workout plans. We have twice a week checkins, and I can always text him with questions. Recently I went in to his gym to meet up with him, and he's very friendly, this has been a grade A experience, and I'm really glad I've done it. Let's see what we can do in the next two months!
