We started our 5 month old son in the infant room at LFC 4 days per week. Unfortunately, it was NOT…read morea good experience at all. The first week they kept suggesting my son had some medical issue and that that's why he was so fussy and not ready for daycare. I went to two different pediatricians to make sure he was healthy because LFC kept suggesting my son had an ear infection, gas, etc. Both doctors said he was a healthy, normal baby and that daycare should be able to care for him. After two weeks at LFC, I received an email from the manager saying they would not be able to care for my son after the end of the month because he was too difficult and the teacher could not care for him and the three other kids in his class. I scrambled to find care, and fortunately went to Gretchen's House full time. On his first day Gretchen's House said he did great and they were happy to have him! They have not expressed any issues with our son - he eats all his bottles, sleeps a few hours a day there, and seems happy with the care there. I would be concerned to send any of my children, especially infants to LFC as they do not seem qualified to handle younger babies. I do NOT recommend Little Folks Corner and would stay away.

The way she cares for the children in her room speaks volumes to her character and you can tell she loves those babies like her own. Her room was always clean, fun and the babies just adore her. Opening the center always brought brightness to my morning. I then would spend the rest of my day engaging, teaching, loving, and caring for the children in the Toddler Room. I am sad to say that I resigned from my position there after being tormented and browbeaten by Katey Gay, who became my Lead Teacher 6 months prior. Unfortunately, I am not the only teacher who left due to her bullying, poisonous attitude (to staff and children alike), and unjust and uncalled for insults aimed at not just myself (that I can handle, "sticks and stones") but then at my family whom she had never even met. It both sickens and saddens me to see that she has now been employed to be the Assistant Director of this center. I do hope that both future employees and families take this into consideration before having any business with this center. And to Katey reading this...I have the text messages where you admitted to the bullying and insults. I can post them if you'd like

I appreciate that emotion can influence personal bias in reviews, so I will avoid any subjective comments and highlight my objective experience withdrawing from Everbrook and Everbrook's failure to honor its legal obligations. After giving notice of my child's last date at Everbrook, the director offered to accelerate our departure and waive the notice penalty that would otherwise result from withdrawal. We did not accept the offer in favor of continuous care, and so my child could have an opportunity to say goodbye to his friends and teachers in support of his transition. The week before our scheduled last day, my child forgot a stuffed animal in Everbrook at pick-up. To my shock, my access code had been disabled and we were locked out of the building, despite still having another week under contract. What's more egregious - a daycare center unilaterally breaching a legal contract to provide childcare, or preventing a four year old from saying goodbye to the teachers he's been around for 90% of his life? I'm not sure, but it's an interesting decision for an industry that survives on reputation and mitigating liability.

We were at Schoolbell for 2 years. We grew to love the teachers like family and developed amazing…read morerelationships. The teachers genuinely cared for our children and loved them like their own. We have since left due to many issues with the owners NOT the teachers. Writing a bad review is not something I ever do, but I feel like it's necessary after all that happened to warn other parents. We had many issues with our checks being deposited whenever they felt convenient for them (over the course of a year)- we are talking a month later (they do not offer online payments). When the issue was discussed, and I stated that the parents are expected to pay each week, therefore they should be depositing our checks weekly, the response was less than friendly. Stating I needed to be better at balancing a checkbook, even though they were being extremely unprofessional. In addition, prices have increased 3 times in the past year (with very little explanation). Many parents were frustrated but understood due to inflation and figured the teachers deserved more money; so we stayed because the care our children were receiving was phenomenal. Summer came and the lunches WE PAY FOR in our weekly tuition were taken away and we were required to provide lunch for our children, while STILL paying the same tuition. When brought to their attention, there was no straight answer given. Where was our money going? Not to the teachers like we assumed, so where? The final straw was them taking away the toddler room and moving all the young toddlers into the room with the babies. This was not only unsafe, but an unrealistic expectation for the teachers. I felt like what once was an amazing center has turned into a chaotic, money hungry business. The teachers are underpaid, understaffed and overworked. The happiness in the center had dissipated and we finally had enough and left, along with MANY other families that have been there for years. The amazing teachers that we love so dearly have also left (these teachers have all been here for years and were long-term employees). There is a REASON why parents and teachers are not staying at this center. It is saddening, disheartening and was a tough decision to leave. I wish that the owners would open their eyes and realize that they are the problem and are the reason for staff leaving and parents pulling their children from this center.

The teachers and staff at Rosebrook have loved and cared for my children, gone out of their way to help them to adapt to new rules, and shown SO much kindness and patience over the past 6 years. Rosebrook is truly "home away from home" for them. As a working mom, I cannot express how grateful I am knowing that I can send my children somewhere that not only watches after them but ensures that they are learning new skills and curriculum every day. When my son started Kindergarten, he was more than prepared because of the hard work and dedication of the Rosebrook staff. I know some of my children's favorite memories will be remembering all the awesome events that Rosebrook hosts, including Trunk or treat, Royal Balls, Easter Egg Hunts, Santa visits, and even a harpist on Valentines day! It is amazing the things they think of to keep our babies excited and happy. Thank you for creating such an incredible place for my children to grow up at! We will continue to recommend Rosebrook to every new parent we know.

My daughter was in the Infant 1 program from July 14, 2020-September 1, 2020 when I decided I was…read moreno longer able to safely keep her at Rosebrook after losing all confidence in the facility's ability to feed my daughter her labelled bottles. Over the course of approximately 6 weeks, we experienced inaccurate bottle logs twice (reported to the director), a voicemail from her teacher that she had given my daughter's breast milk bottle to another child (discussed with the director who cited "stress" the teachers were experiencing from another baby crying as the reason my daughter's labelled bottle was given to another child), and finally when unpacking my daughter's bottles on August 31, 2020 I had an empty bottle with another baby's name on the cap in her bag (they later claimed that it was my daughter's bottle...that they had only put the wrong cap back on the bottle and her label with her name had mysteriously washed off...never had happened before). Immediately after finding the other child's name on the bottle, I met with the Director and removed both of my children from the center as a result of all of these incidents. The most disappointing part of the experience was the fact that there never seemed to be accountability...just lots of excuses and inconsistencies. Communication is also an area of opportunity...after I had originally expressed my concern about the bottle log discrepancies there was no follow-up...I ended up following up with the director after I got the voicemail about the wrong bottle. It is shameful that Rosebrook put a mother in a position to have to worry about whether or not her infant was being fed properly while in their care despite reporting concerns on multiple occasions. My baby deserved much better than the sloppy and disorganized "care" she received at Rosebrook.
