I was able to completely relax on my vacation knowing that my cats were getting the food/water/clean litter/attention that they deserve. It was also nice knowing that I would be contacted immediately if there was a problem. Coming home from my trip was also a very pleasant experience -- clean litter -- no smell! I hired her for the first time when I went on a trip to Montreal for a few days and she definitely put my mind at ease with the amount of detail she put into ensuring both OJ and myself feel comfortable. She gave me an update after every visit and even took pics for me. She also didn't make any decisions without running it by me first. OJ didn't need insulin for one of the visits and she confirmed with me first before making any decisions. If that were someone else, they probably would have given him insulin anyway even if his sugar was too low, which would have endangered his life. She's simply amazing! And she cares! She knows what she's doing and her attention to detail is something that anyone with a cat with special needs requires. No need to worry because she knows what she's doing! Although both of them have had grooming appointments every month since we got them, Blue just wasn't a fan. After a year of hurtful and really negative feedback I contacted No Bones About It and was encouraged by the owner ( who is amazing and lovely) to come in so they could give Blue a try. Needless to say I couldn't be more thrilled with how it all went. Not only did the girl feed the cat, play with the cat, clean the litter, etc, she also watered our plants, brought in our mail, took out the garbage, swept up the cat fur upstairs, etc Really went above and beyond. And every day she would leave a voicemail on this system they have setup, which then uses Google Talk to translate the vmail into an email, which is auto-sent to me, which I could check on my iPad while overseas to keep on with the progress. On top of all this, they were WAYYYY cheaper than the old cat sitter we used to use when we lived in the Annex. Overall top notch. Highly recommended. They will totally be our pet sitters going forward.

I had dropped off an itchy and smelling-like-dead-fish, shaggy ragamuffin of a dog at whom park snobs would point and snicker, "what kinda --doodle's THAT?" That's why I didn't recognize Tallulah when she emerged from Camille's salon so brushed up and out, her Afro puff bouncing with her every prance, that on the way home a dog-walker ran up to me and gushed, "what a gorgeous Portuguese Water Dog! She's obviously a show dog." This morning, when I chaperoned Tallulah on her "promenade through the park", I felt like I should have dressed up, with a top hat--and maybe a monocle--but definitely a walking stick with a huge gem on its handle.' Who needs that? It's a hassle and I hold Camille completely responsible for sculpting Tallulah into this attention-demanding diva. Her new stans would be mortified to discover Tallulah's nothing but a dolled-up bernedoodle with heady airs and a shiny coat. All that aside, Camille is a talented groomer who always makes Tallulah look and smell wonderful. This updated review is from January 2023. NO BOARDING AVAILABLE: FYI since COVID, they no longer do boarding despite what their website says. That's a disappointing change for us. Also they recommended another vet for boarding which we tried. Our dog came home with a bacterial infection. $200 in vet bills later - yeah won't be using that option again. :(. LONGER WAIT TIMES: Due to catch up on surgeries plus a larger clientele list, you can expect to wait longer for a vet appt. Sometimes it's very difficult to get anyone on the phone. You get put on hold for long periods of time. They seem over-extended. I feel for the staff. They also suspended some of the promotions they used to do. So like most everything in the post-COVID world, expect your bill to be higher. They are still a pretty good vet with nice staff, but I have to say on a number of fronts, there are some detractors since 2020.
