Diana knew Exactly what to do and was extremely informative ! Before too long Cesar was at my New Home measuring all the areas with extreme accuracy. Miguel and His Associate were next to deliver my stunning flooring so that it would acclimate to the temperature in my home and the color was Perfect. Finally, I had the Pleasure of Meeting Mario and another Young gentleman who were there to begin the process of ripping out the old dirty carpet, remove some travertine, prep the floor and then lay the new Wood flooring. Each and every piece of wood was laid with care and the Edges meeting the Travertine were Seamless ! I cannot Say enough Good Things about this Fantastic Flooring Company and Everyone there ! Originally, I left a 5-star review because John installed two toilets for us at a reasonable price…read more He did forget to caulk them, but he immediately came back and fixed the oversight. Unfortunately, one of the toilets has never functioned properly--it constantly runs and struggles to flush. Despite John returning several times, the problem was never resolved. We later hired John for other odd jobs, including installing a garbage disposal and fixing water backup into our dishwasher. As always, he was punctual and friendly. However, the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly, which caused new problems. He also accidentally caused some minor floor barrier damage while working in that area. To his credit, he offered to repair the damage right away, but I declined because I appreciated his willingness to help. The next day, when the water backup issue continued, we called him back. To our surprise, he asked for MORE money to revisit the SAME problem he had originally been paid to fix. Even after paying again, the issue still wasn't fixed. We ultimately had to hire another company, who immediately discovered that John had not removed the knockout plug or connected the dishwasher properly--something very basic for that type of installation. Overall, while John is personable and punctual, I cannot recommend him due to repeated problems, additional charges for unresolved issues, and ultimately needing to pay another professional to correct mistakes. Seems like an overall good guy trying to make a living but he needs to take his customers into better consideration if he would like to keep them.

Our floors turned out great, but it was kind of a mixed bag of an experience…read more THE GOOD: The flooring selection process: Cory was friendly and helpful and I got what I needed at the show room in under 30 mins. The measure: the turnaround time between my show room visit and the in-home measure was extremely fast. Jason also sent us the quote really quickly. The installation: we got both carpet and hard flooring. Brian (hard floors) gets a 5 star. Work quality was amazing, and he meticulously cleaned up after himself every day so there wasn't a speckle of dust left behind the whole time he was here. He got the work done faster than anticipated and instead of cutting out early every day, he just kept going. Steve (carpet) was also great. He found a defect in our carpet and could've taken the easy route and installed it without saying anything, but he made sure we knew about it and had a say in the matter. Once the new carpet arrived, he got the work done really quickly. THE NOT-SO-GOOD: The scheduling: we were scheduled for demolition the day after thanksgiving but had a no-call no-show. We couldn't get that resolved for a few days because they were closed longer than usual due to the holiday. It would've helped if someone called to confirm the appointment before everyone went out of office. No explanation was given, so no idea what happened. The demolition: Jason rescheduled the demo asap, but the crew didn't vacuum or do any meaningful cleanup. In fact, the installers were surprised at the mess they left behind. Also, we were supposed to paint our floors with Kilz in between the demo and installation but the demo guys already put down carpet tacks, so we had to spend time removing those ourselves so that we can paint. There were lots of loose nails and debris on the floor from the demo so it was not an easy job. The lack of attention to details caused some non-value-add work for everyone. The flooring: it doesn't seem like Full Circle does a QA check on their materials before sending it out to the work site. We were surprised that no one caught the defect in our carpet until Steve was about to install it. This caused a delay in our timeline, which is a pretty big inconvenience when you have to temporarily vacate your home to accommodate the demo/installation. We had other contractors lined up, which also had to be rescheduled. Also, the spare nosing they ordered for Brian was broken. Thankfully, he was meticulous enough that he didn't need them, but there was no margin for error. Imagine the added delay if that wasn't the case... In the end, our floors did end up looking really great so Full Circle gets a 4 star. The hassle we experienced might cause us to consider other contractors in the future, though.

Yelp doesn't recommend reviews when they have reason to believe the reviews are ported by someone paid by the business. But in this case, this man doesn't even have a listened and this a crime in the state of Nevada! I cannot be more disappointed with the way ay my bathroom looks and the money I wasted. I'm not even convinced that if I shower in it, it won't leak everywhere and have water damage. He didn't even bother to properly waterproof my shower with RedGard around the seams, did not put thin set over the entire back of tiles and do not cover the seams of the concrete wall with thinset. One of the tiles installed is cracked. See pictures. The framing around the edges sticks out past the tile. The niche is all uneven and I had to ask him to uninstall two tiles that had already cured in the wall because he installed in the wrong direction. The list goes on. I will update my review with more detail pictures.

If there is a job he or his crew can't handle, he has excellent subs he brings in. Angel, his partner, is always great help when Cel isn't available.
