Dear Foothills Twin Theatre, Just want send out a HUGE THANK YOU to you!! You went above and beyond the call of any customer service I have ever seen! Story: I was passing through the town two weeks ago, stopped in to watch a movie and managed to leave behind my wallet and not realize it until I was in a different state entirely! I called them and right away was assured that they had found it and placed it in a secure spot and would ship it out to me the very next morning. Not only did I receive my wallet back (with EVERYTHING still there) I also received a phone call from the manager within minutes of having gotten it asking me if I had received my package in good condition. He had been following the tracking number on his end to ensure the safe delivery of my wallet. I am SO GRATEFUL to everyone at this theater that helped get my wallet back to me. This Theatre is descent for a small town. Prices are fair and the people are nice. It's not fancy, but at least we can go see a movie every now an then. It's rarely crowded unless something really good is playing. We have enjoyed this Theatre. We like Gillette, WY, it's home!! read more
