It's not like your waiting for a return phone call about your cable being out - HE'S A DR! You'd likely croak before hearing back from anyone......if at all. The wait time for scheduled appointments is ridiculous. Plan on waiting 70-90 mins past your appointment time. WE HAVE A LIFE LADIES!!!! It's not like they don't charge handsomely for their time. Too bad we can't deduct $$$ for every minute past our appt that we wait......... Fortunately there are a ton of other Drs in the area that have the competence to know when the staff is running their practice into the ground. I suggest you find one of those offices and give them your time & money.

They will never answer the call button. My mother wasn't mobile and they left her in the same clothes for 3 days and nights. If you ask for any help you don't get it and if you do it's done in an hateful manner. Never a smile on their face. I feel so bad for the people who are in the nursing home section that have to endure this type of care everyday. The food is not edible. The facilities are clean and satisfactory. The rehab as far as the OT and PT is good. That is the ONLY good thing you can say about this place. Please do not put anyone you love here. They will not be cared for. My mother would go home before she'd ever go back here!

The nurse told me I would need an urine sample but didn't give me any directions and left me alone in the room. I could hear people laughing outside the room but nobody came to check on me. When I finally stood at the door asking for help since my pain was increasing I was told that a provider would come when possible. The provide never came. I decided to walk out and when I told the person at the front desk in the ER she just said "ok". What I suppose was a doctor follow me and asked me why I was leaving I answer that I diidnt received any care and he just said "ok" same with the nurses at the door. They even laughed. Nobody cared about my pain. People in that place are cold and unsympathetic. I walked out to go to another ER.

It was very easy to make an appointment over the phone and the location was also easy to find. I ended up getting a hydrafacial from Alice who was very sweet and knowledgable. It was my first time getting the procedure so I asked a ton of questions which she patiently answered. She explained what she was doing through every step of the process and made sure I wasn't in pain or uncomfortable the entire time. The entire procedure took a little under an hour and the coolest part was at the end when she showed me all the junk that had been extracted from my face! I had a couple of other skin concerns which I asked Alice about afterwards. She gave me an assessment, recommended that I see another specialist and then hooked me up with a ton of skincare samples that might help. She also gave me her number and told me to call anytime if I had questions about any of the skincare products or after-care procedure.
