Had some work done... Botox, filler, chin help, and hormone pallets…read more Not only did they scam me with the pricing but I became very ill from the pellets. They were not properly inserted so I now have dents and scars on my rear end. The filler left me so bruised ans swollen. The Botox lasted a couple of weeks and was gone. When I reached out to come back in for the Botox, they wanted me to pay again. They even took pictures and saw that they didn't work. They advertise low prices but now I know why. The injections were prefilled and you don't see the viles. Very, very sketchy. I didn't do my due diligence in looking up allure. When I did after I had the issues, I realized the doctor was sued for fraud during the pandemic. Bingo!

Dr. Suber is fantastic! I saw him and two other plastic surgeons. Dr. Suber was the only one who…read moredid the actual consult (instead of a nurse or assistant like at the other places), and patiently answered all my questions. I had old breast implants that were too big (from another surgeon). He agreed that I should go down in size and get a breast lift. I did that and a tummy tuck together. I am SO happy that I finally have breasts that match my body. My tummy was mostly skin excess. But that is now flat. Dr Suber was so kind before and afterwards. He even took the time to go over nutrition recommendations (protein!) that I will be doing. Highly recommended!

The other comments about the time he takes are absolutely on point! He's the best on that. I never felt rushed or like he didn't have time for me. I have been very happy with the results of my surgery. Everything he talked about before the surgeries put me at complete ease. Little things, like the fact that he takes out his own sutures and drains, means a lot to me as the patient. He is very particular and detail-oriented about his work! I had heard this before my surgeries, and I can say that this is very accurate! I have been thrilled with my results and have a new confidence as a result. :-) I did do my due diligence and consulted with three surgeons other than him ahead of time, and it was clear to me from that first consult how rare his level of care was. I recommend him without reservation!

What really turned me off of this office was the automated phone system. Its AI and EXTREMELY annoying. i dont want to talk to a computer, want to talk to a person so when you finally bypass all that garbage and get an actual front desk person, they act so unhappy to have had to answer the phone and that they have to talk to someone. Then there is the incessant text messages about rescheduling your appointment because there is an opening. I just decided if they have to have an automated system like this and cant give personal service to patients, forget it. I decided not to go back and to find a new office.

You go to some central booking service, wait several minutes, talk to a rep, who transfers you to the actual office location. They don't answer the phone so you leave message and don't get a call back. You try again, repeating the whole aggravation procedure. Supposedly you will receive a link to rebook, but the link never comes. So the 3rd time, still no results. Online on the website is the only result I got to cancel thru the virtual chat. I had to do that twice because I needed to cancel for both me and my spouse and the virtual chat can only do one at a time. I bet I wasted an hour and a half of my time trying to cancel. I was going to reschedule, but I decided that I'm done here. Will search for a more reliable, patient-friendly place.
