I visited the office on a Monday. I knocked tried opening the door and it was locked. I called the office and it would just ring. Stayed until 10:15, still no answer from the office or phone. Finally I leave and get a call back at 11:15 saying they were there but they couldn't help me because they were "too busy " and "catching up on work". Unfortunately I had submit a claim and needed to talk to them in person so I went to the office once again and the guy at the front seem so lazy and every time I've stopped by he's always on his phone watching Netflix. He gave me somewhat helpful information and then suggested I could do most of the claim, which is the insurance job but either way I gave them all the info and copies of paper work. The next day I called the Insurance company, not this office and they said they got the claim but they still needed more information because the office didn't give them much, which is funny because all the information that they needed was everything I gave to them to take care of the claim. I have done everything for my claim without the help of this office and I am not happy with the agent or assistance given here. I personally don't recommend this place. I

We reached out to another agent for help and were are moving our policy to a different agent. We are even considering changing from Allstate after more than 25 years. At any rate, our calls for help from Kenneth were met with a lack of follow up. Done doing business with his agency.

Recently Megan with the Agency went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of with my auto insurance. I made it rather complicated because I was trading in an older vehicle and looking at a new one. Megan was excellent in her advice and even was able to run the VIN number of the vehicle that I was thinking of purchasing so that I would know exactly how much my insurance would increase. Talk about customer service!! Megan is all about service as she went back and forth working with me to get the best result possible. And it worked out great!!! Megan has helped me so many times in the past any time I had a concern or an issue. And this time was no different!! And if you are thinking you can get a lower rate on insurance somewhere else, Megan is always looking out for your needs and shopping other companies to see that you get the best deal. I really appreciated how she helped me this time and so many times before. Give Leinweber Insurance a call if you are looking for helpful people in your insurance needs!
