Having products in stock? Half check. (Inventory may be impacted by shortages that impact other stores.) Clothing in a variety of sizes. Half check. (This store long catered to smaller sizes even though the vast majority of its customers locally do not wear or should i say, should not wear small sizes) For the volumes of customers the store does a decent job keeping the place clean and organized. Customer service? Fail. Well lets be honest here, people want lowest prices. That cannot happenand still have the best customer service. Of course guns are no longer their inventory, including Air Soft. They are also not restocking knives or archery supplies. So basically all hunting items. Purely political. But this has fostered a huge growth in local merchants carrying those. But otherwise still a major hub for price conscious people.

All employees that we saw were wearing masks. Only thing I did not like about this Ingles was their poor service in the deli department. The lady slicing the ham for us wore her mask below her nose. She also argued with us about the product we requested. When she showed us her initial slices, we said the cut of ham she sliced was very fatty. We requested a different part of the ham, but she just insisted multiple times that she had cut the ham we asked for. We never denied this point, we have ordered this specific ham before and it has not been this fatty. The last few slices she cut were a lot better (less fatty). We would shop here again and avoid the deli department.

Also, I love the Town of Stuart! Staff are friendly and helpful. The store always has plenty of shopping carts and it is clean. I really enjoy shopping in the Garden Center and Hardware/Home sections, too. This store has a lot of home repair and finishing items as there is not really a hardware store (Lowe's) in town. Holiday section is smaller than most but it still has plenty to choose from. There is a Pharmacy and Bakery in this store, too. This store may not have the exact brand you are looking for but there is always an Equate version. Definitely worth the drive because I never leave stressed out!

Finally another lady ask me what I needed and I told her. She went into the back room and came back out and told me they did not make the cake and that they tried to call me, which is a bold face LIE, I showed her my phone and that I never got a phone call. She just walked away from me and I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager, she informed me that Eric was the assistant manager. When he came up to me he could have cared less that this screwed my surprise for my wife and told me that I should leave the store. Piss poor management at this store and really piss poor help.
