Marie, one of the head managers sent people to follow me around the store because of a stuffed animal that was on the floor, proceeds to tell us the police will get involved. It seems she's is hungry to exert her power, people steal thousands and do way more then what she said I did and she threatens me with the law? Spent countless amounts of money and never stole and never messed with anything and the one time they suspect you on something they threaten you with the law? 2021 October 3, 110:08; So much I have already said in past reviews. The big question is what are your expectations from a walmart? Low prices? Check. Variety of products. Check. Having products in stock? Half check. (Inventory may be impacted by shortages that impact other stores.) Clothing in a variety of sizes. Half check. (This store long catered to smaller sizes even though the vast majority of its customers locally do not wear or should i say, should not wear small sizes) For the volumes of customers the store does a decent job keeping the place clean and organized. Customer service? Fail. Well lets be honest here, people want lowest prices. That cannot happenand still have the best customer service. Of course guns are no longer their inventory, including Air Soft. They are also not restocking knives or archery supplies. So basically all hunting items. Purely political. But this has fostered a huge growth in local merchants carrying those. But otherwise still a major hub for price conscious people. read more

Be careful of the self checkout kiosks. I checked out purchasing 2 items and luckily I checked my receipt before leaving and there were 2 additional items on my receipt that I didn't purchase. Customer service said that the person in front of me must have left without paying so when I swiped my 2 items it just added it to the items that they already swiped. if I had not checked my receipt before leaving I would have just been out that money without even knowing it. Makes me wonder how many people are paying for someone else's items ???? read more

Purchased hitch lock 2 weeks ago. Key would not open it. Key broke off inside lock barrel!! Took me 2 hours to Cut it off my truck. This REESEE Hitch LOCK was Nothing but CHEEP. Most inconsiderate greeter at Walmart I've ever met. The exit was blocked so we went thru the entrance accidentally. Then when they said said we needed to go it the other way we apologized, and told them why. Then they nagged us and shame us again for our mistake. Never coming here again. I stopped by here with my boyfriend in desperate need of getting a replacement nose stud since mine fell out the night before. We came to this specific location due to it being one of the very few that carried what i was looking for. ALL the employees refused to open anything in the jewelry area due to the normal employees working that part of the store leaving earlier.... basically the customer service at this location is complete trash and almost all the employees are ridiculously lazy since it was as simple as walking to the back grabbing the appropriate keys to open the cabinet but nope. read more

I just want to know how the employees excepted people not to be frustrated after waiting 15 MINUTES for them to give an attitude. Went July 13, 2022 between 8:30 - 9:00PM had to return some things. At first I called to make sure I can return things because it is late I understand if they can't return them But like I said they can't answer their phone so I went in. When I got there now I'm going to put this in caps coz we'll go back on that when I got there SHE WAS RETURNING SOMETHING OVER 10 IN CASH TO SOMEONE (51.67) to be exact. Well I go next and I tell her I want to return some items with my receipt. She rings everything up. Like usual now for this purchase I paid with cash and card. I asked her if I could get it cash if not a gift card should be fine. She goes off how she can't give me cash because the policy since it over 10 she either has to give me a gift card or go back to my card then goes on the thing and said oh nvm it's going on the card because I " accidentally" sent it to the card holder mind you again the people in front of us paid with a card coz he said he did and she gave him cash just fine no problem no fuss but with me and my husband she was rude and very unprofessional. I don't complain at all but that's rude. And on top I had two items that were paid with a different purchase and I accidentally brought the bag inside and she did not want to give me those items back at all just put them in the back. This is the only Walmart near me but I guess I'll have to start going 50 minutes away to make a return if I want it to go smoothly. If I don't see the money in my account by the 4th date I'll be calling my bank for a dispute. read more

Me and my friends entered the Walmart. Myself (16), my friend (17), and my two 14 year old friends were in the store to simply shop and look around. The Assistant Store Manager was yelling at some kids for "running in the store." We found this quite humorous so we watched. The manager and other employees proceeded to talk on their communicators about the kids who were running and about us for laughing. We proceed to walk back to the bike section and look around. We were greeted by two, one male, one female, somewhat polite employees informing us that "this is a store, not a playground" which is a fair statement even as we were not acting as if the store was a playground, other than laughing at the manager and employees. We continued looking and the Assistant Manager came up to us and asked me and my friend "can we help you find a bike?" We politely replied "No thanks, we were just looking around." She then asks "Are your parents in the store?" We replied "No" as me and my friend drove our vehicles to the store. My friend then asks "Are we doing something wrong ma'am?" She replied "No. We just want to make sure you aren't damaging our property (which we clearly weren't) and aren't moving things around." She and the other employees continue to remain around us until we left this section of the store and went to the front for me to purchase a drink. I went through the self checkout line, grabbed a mountain dew, inserted the correct amount, took my receipt, and left the store. On my way out of the store there was a male employee talking on his communicator, who made eye contact with me, as if to imply "He just stole this drink" even as I clearly paid for it. The only bright spot of our trip was the incredibly polite employee who was watching the self checkout section. She made conversation with us and treated us as though we were actual human beings. I appreciated this very much, as she was polite to us and did not treat us as delinquents or act as if we had disturbed the store even as we did nothing wrong. During our visit, the assistant manager yelled at the other group of kids in the store stating very harshly "there will be no running in the store for safety reasons." She proceeded to follow these kids around the store for a few minutes, until my friends and I entered the bike section. We were then harassed, followed, watched, and reminded that "this is a store, not a playground" even as we did nothing illegal, or even wrong. We did not shoplift, run, yell, use inappropriate language, move items belonging to the store, or do anything else disrespectful, illegal, or disruptive in the store, aside from laughing at the employees for following us around while we were just trying to shop. My friends and I did not appreciate the rudeness of the manager and employees, nor being watched and harassed as though we were doing something wrong while we were simply trying to enjoy our shopping. Employees in stores should be helpful to customers, while making sure the store remains safe, and in order. This does not, however, intel that the Assistant Manager and fellow employees should follow my friends and I around, watch us throughout our visit to the store, talk on their communicators about me and my friends, and borderline harass us throughout the store. We did not move items, damage items, run, yell, use foul language, say rude things to the employees, nor do anything else illegal, wrong, disruptive, or disrespectful. I would appreciate being able to visit Walmart without being followed and harassed, and if the employees, especially assistant manager, would be more polite to customers and allow us to enjoy our visit to the store. This is by far the rudest and most disrespectful group of employees i've dealt with during a visit to any store. This Walmart could definitely use better customer service and more polite, efficient employees who use their time to make the store a safer and better place to shop, rather than harassing the customers who are currently shopping. read more
