It is well staffed compared to other local pharmacies. They seem well stocked and I do not see empty places on their shelves. However, my experience here has been less than desirable. When doses of compounded drugs were questioned, they became uncooperative and seemed like they no longer wanted our orders. I am currently not sure the outcome of this particular visit. The others have been less than promising.

And I am limiting this to the pharmacy side since I do not deal with the retail side. General overview of this location is that they have no concern for the population they serve. This could be a store issue or a corporate issue. The lack of caring is obvious. This is just a job that they do not want to do. At least this is attitude displayed. Obviously there is no customer service with this store. Other locals have said this is one of the worst stores use.

I picked up my daughter's prescription and was given the wrong milligrams. I knew as soon as I got home, the pills were much smaller than normal. The directions for dosage had not changed. So I immediately drove back, waited in line for a half hour, and explained what was wrong. The lady at the register listened, gave it to the pharmacist and explained. I waited to be acknowledged, but never was. I continued to stand and wait. No one ever came over to tell me anything, apologize, or give me the time of day. I finally sat down. Then I received a text message telling me my prescription was ready, and they called her name. Still no apology, simply that the 5 mg pills had been replaced with 10 mg. In fairness to the pharmacist, it was probably someone else's mistake, I refilled it a few days earlier. However, that's a pretty important oversight that someone should have acknowledged and apologized for! Lots of people wouldn't have even noticed the error.

Spent countless amounts of money and never stole and never messed with anything and the one time they suspect you on something they threaten you with the law? Having products in stock? Half check. (Inventory may be impacted by shortages that impact other stores.) Clothing in a variety of sizes. Half check. (This store long catered to smaller sizes even though the vast majority of its customers locally do not wear or should i say, should not wear small sizes) For the volumes of customers the store does a decent job keeping the place clean and organized. Customer service? Fail. Well lets be honest here, people want lowest prices. That cannot happenand still have the best customer service. Of course guns are no longer their inventory, including Air Soft. They are also not restocking knives or archery supplies. So basically all hunting items. Purely political. But this has fostered a huge growth in local merchants carrying those. But otherwise still a major hub for price conscious people.

They mess up my orders all the and I am advising the wound care centers in my area not to use them. The worst is I got a letter from them scolding ME! telling me that I should put more of an effort into having a good relationship with them, and keep that in mind during further interactions. This company is unbelievable. Stay away. .... Far far away.
