We had a "complicated" trip with about 160 passengers and multiple stops/destinations. Biggest issues: 1. They wouldn't let us adjust the pick up times even though we had the buses rented the entire day. We had to book a separate company for drop off for 2 of our buses. 2. They were late to the original pick up time!! (It worked out that we could send 1 bus later.) This was a performance-based trip so we almost missed our performance. 3. One of the buses just left while we were there, we still had another stop to get to but they "had to do their routes." This caused a group of students and a parent to get stranded in the hot sun for about 2 hours. Parents and principals complained. 4. Because of the bus leaving, we had to cram 130 people on 2 buses to get to our last stop, including having to send a group of chaperones in an uber because they couldn't fit on the buses. 5. Again because of double booking, even though the drivers were kind to us, they were frustrated because they were late to their routes. I have never had a bus company be so hard on times, and not flexible at all when things were running behind.

Also, with all the places and spaces we put Mr. C through?? He did it all with a great attitude. You couldn't ask for more. His car was immaculate, has great air conditioning, and was comfortable. He has a microphone in it if you want to give a real tour and communicate. Also, he will let you link your music so you can bump whatever you like. There were 20 high school seniors and 4 chaperones and we were picked up on time in a clean, beautiful bus, with wonderful service. We spent 10 hours going to different stops in LA and everything was perfect, including an ice chest of ice-cold water! We used them again on our trip to the airport a few days later and same experience. Communication was perfect from inquiry about pricing to contracting and during the trip. We had students who have serious medical conditions and we booked a charter bus so they had access to a bathroom rather than porta potties. We needed a place to keep medicine cold. Your driver Jack refused. He told me personally, "I don't want to stay there. What am I supposed to do there all day?" He also said, "What am I supposed to do for dinner if I'm there?" I offered to go buy him dinner. In fact I paid for him to have dinner at the buffet on Friday! I ended up spending another $300 to get your drivers another hotel room even though they were NOT over their time limits. We had girls who had to change their clothes out in public. Jack said, "they can change inside the porta potties." The kids' belongings were our in the parking lot all day. We paid for a charter bus but didn't have access to it. The driver told our hotel if they couldn't find him a room for the afternoon, he was going to leave our group in Nevada and drive back to California, leaving over 100 kids and their chaperones stranded out of state. Our hotel manager was shocked and reported this to me. We tried our best to find compromises, including just having one bus at the venue, but he refused. I spoke with your dispatcher Robin and was also treated rudely. I requested twice that the supervisor call me, but she never did. Never, ever, ever use this company. I'll be sure that our district never uses your company in the future.
