Worst car wash I ever been at. Took15 minutes to get into wash even though there was only two cars, during the drying the worker spent more time walking back to the wash area to BS with the other workers and the total time was 40 minutes. My truck was the only vehicle at the time. I would rate a minus 0 if possible. read more

I will never go back to this car wash. I got my car completely detailed and when I arrived to pick it up the battery was dead. My car mats were also missing. When I went to speak to the owner I was in shock about how he treated me. Worst Customer Service ever. Please do not give this guy any business. read more

Hi The cashier is very slow (old lady). I believe she is the owner. If you want fast service please go somewhere else. They only have one person working cashier instead of two people ( save money). I had to wait in line for 20 minutes. read more

This place is the WORST! I was overcharged for services (an honest mistake I thought) asked for it to be corrected and I was told to call the cops and that nothing can be done! I couldn't believe it. To top it off, the car wash was horrible! I will never be back and I will be sure to spread the word on the horrible shady car wash. read more

I had purchased vouchers from this place two years ago and apparently ownersip has changed hands (though signage remains the same). The owner would not honor my voucher and he told me the prior owner printed up tons of these vouchers so he could not honor mine. Very disappointing and I will take my business elsewhere. read more

They are so good at washing my car always looks brand new.. I also might add they buffed out the scratches for a reasonable sum of money. I've been going to this car wash since day one when it opened some years back , never disappointed. One satisfied customer. read more

I don't know what the bad reviews are about, maybe I was just lucky. Paid fifty dollars for the works wash. It took about an hour, and it was totally worth it. My Chevy Volt hasn't looked this good since I picked it up from the dealership. Unlike everyone else waiting that spent their time glued to their cell phone screen, I watched the cleaner meticulously clean every inch of my car. He even removed the stubborn glue from my window from the dealership sticker that goo gone had trouble with. I'll be returning very soon! read more

Foothill Ranch Auto Spa - The waiting area, comfy even in the heat. - Car Wash Near Me - Lake Forest, California

First off I have never write reviews and so this should say a lot. I was talked into getting the outside of my car detailed on top off the inside which cost an arm and a leg and I truly wish I didn't waste my money, yeah that's right a waste of money! The inside isn't even clean and there is residue left everywhere and wax was left on the outside of my car. I'm having to literally go back over the inside dash completely myself!!!! I would never recommend this place nor go back $220 gone and more work to be done! read more

Foothill Ranch Auto Spa - Just a small section! - Car Wash Near Me - Lake Forest, California

Just came back from this place. What a horrendous experience it was. My front windshield was fine when I took it there. After it was washed and hand cleaned the interior, there was a crack running from top to bottom. The owner refused to take any responsibility even after he talked with several guys and they said they did not see the crack when they started working on my vehicle. The owner then started to claim the weather--it was 90 degrees (?). Then he started yelling at his people how could the car still dirty after it was completed. I would advise everyone to avoid this place. read more

Been there twice and both times the guys took great care of my van. It's a full size van so it takes some effort. They even took me in when I arrived near closing time (I hate doing that but I didn't know). read more

Since this company was taken over service is terrible. My husband just got home from this car wash. We've used this company many times. This was the final time. He decided on a package and then upgraded because he wanted the extras, paid for the $35 dollar package which includes Armorall on the tires and detailing the inside of our truck. Plus we paid an additional $5 because it is a truck. When my husband asked for cash back to give to the guy that is detailing our truck, the lady at the counter said "I'm not a bank." And reluctantly and rudely gave him the cash. My husband proceeded to tell her that that was a very rude thing to say to a customer especially since it was going to her employees. Another customer said she said the same thing to him when he asked for cash. So when the guy waved to say he was done my husband noticed that none of the detailing had been done. So he asked him why and the guy said that they wrote up the ticket for the basic wash! The guy apologized and tried to add the polish to the tires but since we he was on a time crunch he didn't have time to argue with the lady. He knew it wasn't the employees fault and gave him the cash anyway cause we know those guys aren't paid the greatest. Its apparent that the owners don't care about their customers with the rude things they say and how they tried to charge us for a service we never were going to get. Definitely do not recommend this company. read more

0 stars! Never again and don't go unless you want your badging gone. I used to go here since it was close to where i live and it's never too busy. I never expect perfect washes since there are always missed spots, water streaks, water spots, etc., which goes to all car washes I have ever had. That does not stop me. It just makes me regret my tip when i got home. What stopped me was the last time I went, they took the badging off my new car and did not say a word or give it back to me. What idiots! read more

Worse Car wash ever!!! I went in yesterday for a much needed wash and cleaning inside my car.i got the supreme wash. I asked the guy to make sure to clean the right side of my car very good, it had mud on it and was dirty. After about 30 mins my car is done, I normally tip around $5 bucks if it's a half way decent wash but not today. The mud was still there and inside doesn't even look like they vacuumed at all. There was crackers crumbs on my seat still and overall terrible wash. I handed the man my ticket and he looked at me waiting for a tip I said no. He gave me some attitude and dropped my key when we was handing it too me. Total dick who didn't deserve a cent for his work. I told him this wash was terrible he said something but I was late for work and left very angry. Avoid this wash!!! The one of Oso by jack in box and shell is much better. read more

Never did I think I would rate a carwash on here but figured I'd advise people to consider driving further to a different car washing location. The interior of my car was barely wiped down and the trunk of my car was left unvacuumed. I didn't realize my trunk didn't get any attention until I was loading my groceries. I returned to the carwash to have them vacuum which the guy kindly did. He apologized while speaking negatively about his coworkers. Overall didn't care for their service or quality of work especially after paying $18 for a regular wash. Bummed because they are the closest car wash but will be driving further for my next car wash. It would be great if they hired new people to improve the quality of service. read more

Never again. Zero stars if possible. Newish owner hovers over employees & customers. Not enough employees washing & drying during peak hours so it takes forever! Last time there I asked for mats to be washed and they didn't do them simultaneously while my car was done, as in the past. When I pointed out my mats hadnt been done I was told it would be an additional 20 minutes. I dont have time to soend all day there. I asked for a refund and owner came over & in front of his employee he implied I was upset with the work he had done. Not at all, just couldnt wait any longer. The owner eventually gave me my $10 refund out of his own pocket and acted like I asked for $1000 back. The last straw was when the owner looked at my car and said 'That is a hundred thousand dollar car. You shouldnt say you arent happy with the job.' What does that even mean? Threat? Diss cause I own a nice car? I'm done. read more

Ok. I have tried this place 3 times now because it's close to home and I'm a sucker I guess. EVERY time they lag and forget to do something to my truck. Don't wax the top. Stopped by for the convenience and ended up cleaning out my truck myself anyways. The entire back seat was dirty. I didn't have time to go back and have them re-do it so I cleaned it out myself. Thought I'd give them a chance against all the bad reviews but the only thing clean was the outside and driver seat. I usually check everything but the front looked so nice I had no idea they would completely neglect the back seats. Convenient or not, I'm never going back! read more

Very poor service. Prices are fair but the work quality is poor and customer service needs to be worked on. Keep in mind that these workers make min wage but receive tips at the same time. Think about it., over $10.00 an hour and wipe down 7 cars per hour ave tip $5.00. Doing pretty good. They can't even clean the wheels and wipe down all the water off the car. Pass on this place or fine a detail car guy that can come to you and do a much better job at around the same price. I am done with this place. read more

Wow o wow!!! This is the worst car wash I've EVER been to. First of all, I walk in to the register to pay and a lady is on her phone texting. I patiently wait for her, thinking that she knows that I'm standing there. She leisurely sits down as she continues to text. So I say, "hi, can you help me?" Then she looks up and says, "yea, I can help you," and grabs the ticket from my hands. Then she says, "I'm going to help myself first though." I was like wth? Then I get my car once it's done and I see debris on the carpet of my car. Clearly they half assed the vacuuming. So I tell the man about it and he tells me to drive my car back to where they vacuum. Mind you, you actually have to leave the plaza and go into the big streets and drive all the way around to get to the front where they vacuum. But I agreed and as I was about to start my car, I see stains that weren't even there before all over my center console. I ask him to wipe it up and he does. Then I drive over to where they vacuum and ask them to revacumm. Afterwards I notice my carpet is clean but there is now debris all over the top console of my car!!! Omg! Now I had to get it wiped again. It was like they would fix one problem and then make a mess again. I didn't have to turn keep driving my car back and forth and it seemed like I couldn't win with this place so I left. This place sucks!! read more

Terrible customer service !! Didn't wash or dry our car properly and blamed water spots on a brand new car!!! We'll never come here again.

Lol, I worked here for 12 hours and the first thing the owner did was to make me buy a blue shirt as a uniform. At the end they do not want to pay me the full amount and actually offered me 8 hours of pay at 8 dollars per hour in the name of training. Such bullshit lol, let me remind you the minimum wage is 11 dollars right now. read more

My opinion and experience. Now i'll go back to cleaning my own rims even though i paid 90 dollars PLUS tip that he didnt deserve read more

I come here every weekend. I have car wash ocd! They always do a great job with my car both on the exterior and interior. After being there 1 hr 10 my 2017 car was given back to me wet and spotted. I took it back to the manager/owner who refused to go out to examine my car to see all the issues. This the worst car wash ever!!!! The owners are the problem. They are too old for this business! Sorry!

I purchased a pre-paid package of (4) washes that had NO expiration date. I used only 2 of the 4. I met a man who said he was the owner for 5 years. I thought it was perfect since I purchased the card within the last 3 years. When I tried to use the card the cashier, an older woman (with NO customer service skills) denied the card saying "we don't accept those anymore". It was their card with the phone number and address etc. I even had 3 receipts from the Chevron Station that the car wash belongs to and she still wouldn't accept it. After I refused to pay again, she said the card wasn't theirs and they didn't know the name of the person on the card who sold it to me. Again I pointed out the printed receipts and she refused to take or even look at the card with receipts. In the end, I offered to pay the difference as I noticed the prices went up $4 but again she refused. They took my license plate and threatened something but I couldn't understand. It was the WORST experience I have ever had with a business by far! If I could give a 0 I would. Their Yelp reviews speak volumes! Never again will I use this station or car wash. The only thing nice about it was the convenient location and nice car wash attendants that have no choice to work for such rip offs. read more

This place used to be OK but apparently it changed ownership recently and now it is a ripoff! A couple of weeks ago I paid for a wash with the rainbow wax and I watched it go through and saw it never got the wax. When I complained they gave me the difference back but if I wasn't watching they would have got away with it. I heard other even worse stories where different people are getting charged different amounts for the same wash and way above the stated prices! This place needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau! read more

Such a shame to see what the current management has done to this place. Agree mostly with all the reviews regarding the rudeness and complete lack of any sense of customer service by the management, the lady usually behind the counter (the worst) and the man standing around scowling at the workers (possibly even worse). But the guys doing the actual work do the best they can given the circumstances, understaffed and underpaid I'm sure. A wash takes a minimum of 45 minutes with how undermanned they keep it. Working for these miserable people does zero for motivation and pride in work. I've sworn on multiple occasions to not come back, but being so close to my house the temptation got me again. Hope there is a change in the management in the near future to restore this place to what it used to be...a friendly, convenient, reasonable and efficient car wash. In the meantime this is the last time I will be here. read more

Another bad review. I've lived in the area for over 15 years. And over the years I've seen the service at this place steadily decline. Most recently it looks like the owner has started using his wife to run the cashier position instead of "skilled" labor. I questioned why it was $5.00 more to wash a truck, her response was " I don't know". Wait... you own or are related to the owner and you don't know?! Most places charge a couple of bucks more for trucks and SUV's, I get that. But when you give an I don't know it means you are out of touch with the industry. Not to mention this is the same place that left someone else's keys in my truck over the summer. I drove all the way home and the saw the keys in my center console. When I drove back and saw you catch a ear full from the customer whom you left the keys in my car, I discreetly pulled you aside and handed you "car wash owner" the keys. Barely got a thank you for that one. I'm done, won't be back. And another thing, if you don't want to piss people off take the cars in the order that they come in. As I'm writing this I've seen 5 cars go through that weren't even in the line when I should have gone through. read more

I just visited this car wash with my Mazda CX-9. After they were done, I realized that the door handle was broken. The rubber piece was missing causing me not to be able to do keyless entry. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They wouldn't even help me look for the piece. Now I have to spend $250 at dealership to replace the door handle. All this for a car wash that just mediocre. The owner is downright demeaning. I will never visit again and will spread the word. Stay away from this place. There are many others to visit. read more

Paid for the extras but really didn't get them. The lady if front of me had the same experience - no hot wax was applied even though we both paid for the Super Wash. Do not give this car wash your business. I live in foothill ranch and would rather drive to rsm or further for a car wash. Today I chose the $17.99 car wash. When I got to the register they charged me $23.99. I politely asked about the price difference. The cashier told me she didn't no and told the owner I had a question. The owner (older woman) started yelling at another employee so I walked over to watch my car get washed thru the window. The older woman walked over to me and said that's the price, if u don't want your car washed tell me now or pay. I asked her why she was upset? I only wanted to understand the charge. She told me that the size of my vehicle was the extra $6 and then she asked me which car was mine. She told me it's not $6 extra anymore it's $10. She also told me to pay now. Need I continue to explain why not to give your hard earned money to this business? I paid the extra $6 and got my car wash. The last time I came here was 6 months ago, I requested to redeem my winning lotto ticket toward my car wash. This same woman took my ticket entered it and then said the machine wasn't working. I took it to another gas station and they told me the ticket was redeemed. I called the CA lottery and complained about this car wash and the lottery paid me my original earnings. That owner stole my lottery ticket earnings. I won't be back! read more

This place is awful, especially the old lady behind the cash register! I requested to get a regular car wash, I was given my ticket and went to pay for the wash. I used my debit card and on the card machine it asked me if I would like cash back which I needed to tip the employees. When the transaction was complete the old lady looked at her screen and said to me in a rude voice that "I DON'T HAVE TEN DOLLARS", when I could clearly see that she had a wad of 5 dollar bills and 1 dollar bills in the register. She then said "NEXT TIME YOU ASK ME FOR CASH BACK" also in a rude voice. She then made me wait for about ten minutes until a customer paid in cash to give me the ten dollars. When she waved me over to pick up the money, she told rudely"I HAD TO GET THIS FROM A CUSTOMER". That is the last time I go to this place, and they don't do the best at cleaning the cars. Sorry but screw that old hag! read more

After paying for an upgraded and regular wash for two cars I will say this place is terrible. My daughters car still had dog hair on the mats and streaky windows. I guess they didn't feel the need to use window cleaner. My car had the interior dressing, which they got on the windows and didn't bother to wipe it off. I also had streaky windows with dried water spots. After I returned home I noticed several dirt spots that remained on the outside of the car. I will take my cars somewhere else from now on. read more

Very frustrated with this place. I used to go here every Sunday. Enjoying the experience was less than easy. However the last couple times I went, I payed for the carwash and when I tried requesting for cash back so that I would have Cash for a tip, I was met with the outmost hostility. the wife of the owner who regularly works the register, denied giving me cash back. This has happened a couple times. The first time, she said she won't give me cash back because they are low on their cash and the bank is closed. I used to be in management, and I can understand where she was coming from, but still frustrating. The second time, I requested for cash back and she again gave me hard time. Today, I went through with the transaction as a debit so I could get cash back, SHE DENIED the transaction because she saw I was trying to get cash back and made me do the transaction again. But this time SHE pushed credit so I was unable to get cash back. She was super rude, and i was very uncomfortable with her attitude. All of this was happening with her husband, the other owner, standing right behind us with a mad glare with crossed arms. This location is uninviting and not worth the hassle of the rude management. I DO NOT REQUEST THIS LOCATION!! read more
