This place is generally pretty good. Most of the time they do solid work, and I've been coming here for about three years. Occasionally, though, when they get busy, the quality slips. It seems like instructions don't always get followed, or there's a disconnect between the front staff and the team finishing the vehicles. My main issue--and the reason I'm deducting stars--is the front desk experience. The woman at the front is consistently rude and has been every time I've come in over the years. It comes across as dismissive and unprofessional, which is frustrating since she's the first point of contact. A role like that really sets the tone for the entire experience, and unfortunately, it brings the overall service down. They also have inconsistent hours. Not worth the hassle. Every time I have come here I have specifically asked them what package I need to remove dog fur from my vehicle. Every single time they consistently give me different responses. So I purchase the package that is recommended. Every single time not one attempt of vacuuming has been made. When I spoke to the manager, he seemed confused about what was included in the service and didn't appear to have much knowledge about the cleaning standards they advertise. Instead of fixing the issue or offering a solution, he told me that next time I should ask for a "deep vacuum." Just had my car washed and when I picked it up, I noticed a large scratch on the back of my vehicle in a very visible area. I immediately brought it to the attention of the manager, Alfredo, stated that the scratch was already there before the wash. This was not true. I did not appreciate being spoken down to or having my concerns dismissed. I later called to request access to the surveillance footage so we could confirm whether the scratch was present before I entered the car wash parking lot. I was told only the owner or the owner's son, Adam, could access the videos. When I spoke with Adam, I asked if we could review the footage together to verify what happened. His response was, "We owe you nothing. What do you want, a free car wash?" I found this response extremely rude, belittling, and unprofessional. Regardless of the outcome, customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, I never spoke directly with the owner, Ali, and all communication was handled through his son Adam, who did not manage the situation appropriately or professionally. At no point was there any real attempt to address the issue or provide customer support. If anyone finds themselves in a similar situation, make sure to formally request that the surveillance footage be preserved or subpoenaed immediately so it is not deleted before it can be reviewed. I have a membership here and I usually wait a long time for my car.. which is ok because I know when I go to get my car washed I have to block out some time. The problem I am having lately is that Yelp and everywhere else says they close at five their website says 4 but their other location closes at five. I'm not sure why they can't stay open to five, it's very inconvenient to close at 4 on the dot and not even leave like a window of five minutes for people that are just trying to get in after work. I work full-time and I drive very far from my work to get there, so trying to get home with traffic and beat that 4 PM time is very tough and I usually have the most time after work to get my car washed. This is the third time I've been there at 4:05 and they have closed up the gates. I am pleading for you to change your hours especially during summer, you would make so much more money also. read more

i'm usually fine with my truck taking a while. i was warned it was going to take an hour or so cause they were busy. it was a wednesday around 2:45pm. that's fine. but my truck sat untouched for 45 min and then i had to wait another 45 min once someone finally got to starting it. i drove off once it was done. had some food and when i got home, i noticed the entire car had water marks everywhere. literally looked like the truck hadn't been washed. it wasn't dusty anymore but water stains everywhere. i paid $45 btw, plus a $10 tip, not worth it. all that just to go home and redo my entire truck again. never again. read more

Wow. Paid for a hand wax. Didn't even get a good car wash. It was my first time here, which I said to the service writer when I drove up. I'm a pretty loyal customer, so I was hoping I would be able to rely on a place to give me what I paid for and enjoy a break from my Sunday routine of detailing my own vehicle. Nope. I literally watched the guy working on my car walk around and rub the car with different colored cloth rags for 30 minutes, looking around to see who was watching instead of attending to the details of his work. My family and our 5 cars won't ever be returning. I was going to say something to the manager, but I let my dollar do the voting. It was a $75 education. Sadly, there is no email contact for an owner of this business, but I suppose that is by design. Given the volume of cars rolling through there, I doubt they will care about one person's experience. The team worked hard on my truck and the service requested was completed to my satisfaction. The value is competitive and these guys work hard and do full detailing etc. I witnessed the general manager or owner handling quality control and the entire process is synchronized. Whoever their young girl that answers the phone is absolutely incompetent. I leave one car wash to come here but prior to making the 20 minute drive I call and ask if they are busy. She says no we aren't right now, that's normal. I drive over and the gates are closed. I call, she answers, and says yes we close the gates at 4. I had my Jeep cleaned here and it was... fine. Not amazing, not terrible, just kind of average. The interior looked better than when I dropped it off, but they missed a few obvious spots like the cup holders and some dust on the dashboard. The exterior wash was decent but didn't have that polished look I was hoping for. The staff was polite, but the whole thing felt a bit rushed. My wife and I took both our cars to get the carnuba hand wax package. My car was out of the tunnel first and quickly taken to get detailed. My wife's car sat for about 30min before being taken to the detail area. By the time i had gotten in my car (which was washed/detailed great except the dried water droplets on my side mirrors) after they finished, my wife's was being called completed. That's around 30min less time being detailed than mine with the same package. On first inspection it looked fine but I asked the guy how it was done so fast. At first he didn't seem confident That all the work was done then quickly changed his story and got defensive telling me if I didn't believe him to get his manager. I originally only saw a few missed areas. There was a dot of pollen here and a smudge there. It wasn't until we left that my wife noticed the dash was dusty, the center console wasn't completely clean, there were wax smudges in many places and they forgot to add the scent. Long story short, you may get a fantastic job or a mediocre one here. Edit* added pictures (we wiped several of the spots of wax away before deciding to take picture). I also forgot to mention the windows were full of fingerprints from my kids that were not wiped away. Sadly I can't take a good picture of that. read more

This place is a joke. From the laziness of employees using a long handled brush on my vehicle, which i had to tell them to stop doing. They had wash mitts but because I have a truck, doesn't mean it should be treated less than a MBZ. Then I sat there and watched my truck sit out in the lot with no one working on it for 45 min. In the mean time I'm watching a supervisor walk around talking to all the guys, not helping when they are clearly understaffed which helps nothing. It's so hard to find a car wash like this place these days. I wanted a place where I could drop my car off, have someone else send it through a tunnel and dry & vacuum it for me and that's what they did! I didn't see any of the big brushes going over my car either - it looked just like high pressure soap or something - which was nice. You can get cash back from the cashier inside for a tip too. You can definitely get a cheaper car wash if you want to do an automatic one and vacuum yourself but I didn't mind paying for their service. I'll be back for sure! read more
