Chris did a really great job. He really does live up to his moto in his job, "Doors you can trust,…read moreservice you can count on." He was quick and efficient but had the intent to "do it right" for us as he said. He fixed up or door, tightening the bolts and replaced the wood above the door, making sure it was in good shape before install. And it's really cool that this company will drive to help even if your far out.Very friendly and helped my family out. Getting our garage fixed was such a blessing to my family, being that it was broke and had to lift it manually for two years. With it being so expensive in many companies we were going to go through, it took a lot longer. This company is truly a hook up and not over pricing!! If we have any problems with our garage in the future, we will be going through Galaxy Doors. Truly great service and the owner has genuine care to help families or just anyone. Safety now in days is very important, so we really needed to get this fixed. It was truly a blessing to get it done with Chris at Galaxy Doors. Thank you! May God bless you and your family.

He even helped fix a broken part right on the spot so that I was assured my old door would "stay alive" until the installation. This extra service during just a sales call was incredibly nice and appreciated. I've had my new door for about six weeks now and - seriously - I rarely leave reviews but I am simply so happy with this door. The installation tech was amazing: skilled, efficient and respectful of my property, leaving the job site clean. The door itself functions very well with features that exceeded my expectations: battery back-up for power outages is on top of my list, but other small conveniences such as the automatic overhead light (which my cat appreciates) and its smooth and quiet motor. While the mechanical features were integral to the door product itself, it was the excellent service that made Boulder Garage Door a stand-out. Recommended.
