History
Established in 2025.
Foothill Crest Power Wash was established professionally in 2025, building on over five years of hands-on experience in power washing and site preparation. Our roots come from the live production world through our sister company, Noise Syndicate, where we regularly handled cleaning and maintaining event spaces before and after large-scale productions.
Through that work, we developed a strong foundation in efficient, detail-oriented cleaning using professional-grade equipment in fast-paced environments. As demand grew, we expanded into residential services to bring that same level of care and precision to homeowners in the foothill communities.
What started as a supporting role behind major events has evolved into a dedicated service focused on helping clients maintain clean, well-kept properties year-round. Today, Foothill Crest Power Wash combines industry experience with a commitment to quality, reliability, and straightforward service.
Meet the Manager: Fabian R.
Fabian Rubio is the founder of Foothill Crest Power Wash, bringing a detail-driven mindset and years of hands-on experience to every job. Known for his precision and high standards, Fabian has always found satisfaction in transforming surfaces through power washing—a skill he’s developed since a young age.
Before launching Foothill Crest, Fabian was already pressure washing through his work with Noise Syndicate, as well as helping friends and local projects. The turning point came during a routine delivery, when he found himself cleaning a loading dock and realized there was an opportunity to turn something he genuinely enjoyed into a dedicated business.
After discussing the idea with his wife, Dalia Rubio, they decided to build the company together. In 2025, they officially launched Foothill Crest Power Wash to bring professional-grade cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.
