The staff was in the wrong and was trying to charge the customer more. When the customer proved she was being charged the incorrect price, the staff began yelling at her and acting completely unprofessional. Completely unacceptable! With the economy being the way it is, it definitely makes customers think carefully about where they spend their hard-earned money. My family and I will not be shopping at the Sunland Ross again!
