Throughout the classes he said things that were extremely rude with no real explanation. He told me I "didn't make sense" when I spoke, implied that I would put differences before my son's well-being, and even told me I should seek mental health help -- all said right in front of my co-parent, who is already very manipulative and abusive toward me. My co-parent later used those statements to bring up things in the court system, which made the situation even worse for me. Overall, this experience caused more harm than help.

I would give Cal Net less than one star if I could. Until…read morerecently, Cal Net was our only internet option, and they knew it. They offered us a deal if we paid for a full year in advance--one month free--so we took it, thinking that paying a little less for poor service was better than paying more. For the first six months, we repeatedly complained because we couldn't stream a full movie without multiple service drops. It was incredibly frustrating. The strange part was that every time we complained, the service would work perfectly for about two weeks, and then it would gradually deteriorate again. When T-Mobile became available in our area, we'd had enough. I called Cal Net to cancel our service and request a refund for the unused months of our prepaid year. I understood that I would lose the free month as part of the promotion. Cal Net's response? They kept the rest of our money. If you've had a good experience with Cal Net, I'm happy for you. Unfortunately, our experience was consistently terrible, and I wouldn't recommend them.
