Dr Williams has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. I trust his judgement and his…read moreanalytical skills in diagnosing the ailments which I have experienced during that time. He takes adequate time whenever I visit and has been a valued provider for me. I recommend Dr Williams to anyone looking for a skilled, down to earth primary provider. The facility is well appointed and maintained with masks distributed to patients who are ill. I've found office staff helpful and responsive during my visits. Nurses and lab techs have always been friendly and efficient in any care they provide or tests they perform when I have visited. My only concern with the practice is their telephone system. More than once I've had difficulty reaching a 'live' person and in frustration left a phone message.

DO NOT bother with this place. See Jew W. review to the right. Mine is verbatim. I was talked over,…read moredismissed, had numerous MRI referrals and then more useless, irrelevant tests referred, visits and revisits scheduled and absolutely NO diagnosis or prognosis ever brought up. No questions answered, just dismissed with arrogance. This lady is NOT EVEN A DOCTOR. This office had two weeks of repeated attempts to get a simply oral surgery sign-off back to my dentist. Didn't do it, wouldn't do it without an appointment they never tried to schedule. Then they lied to me and said nobody has contacted them about the paperwork. It's a referral fee mill and office fee generator. Go anywhere else in OR out of network, ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED TO SEE an M.D.

Dr Lee and his staff are the very best. I've been coming here for years and have always had a…read morereally good experience. Before coming to Dr. Lee I had another PCP (also in Woodstock) but I always felt that everything she told me I could of found on Web M.D. No offense but isn't that the who point of going to see someone who went to medical school is to be given something specific? Anyway over the years I have found Dr. Lee and his staff to be super professional, extremely thorough and good bedside manners. Best of all Dr Lee seems to be really up to date on all the latest medical stuff whether its the latest studies on how French press coffee might raise your cholesterol to when one should get regular mammograms... Their location is also extremely convenient and easy to get to on highway 92 near the Gold's gym https://goo.gl/maps/fhNMV23t5Q1bgTu76 with plenty of free parking...

I really…read moreloved my primary care physician, Dr. Jiwon Yoo, and had been with her for many years, which makes leaving particularly disappointing. Unfortunately, I can no longer depend on the practice when it comes to prescription refills and communication. My pharmacy contacted the physician's office on September 13 requesting a new refill for an important medication. On September 27, two weeks later, I went to the pharmacy expecting to pick it up and was told they still had not received a response from my PCP. I called the PCP's office on September 28 and later received a call from their answering service assuring me that it would be taken care of. By the evening of September 29, there was still no prescription, so I called again and left a message explaining that I had been out of medication for several days and that this was critical. I called yet again on the morning of October 1. I continued checking my pharmacy's app throughout this time. Still no prescription and no return call from the practice. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced this problem. A few years ago, I actually had to abruptly stop an antidepressant because I couldn't get a prescription renewed. As I've gotten older, I rely more heavily on my medications and on being able to communicate with my healthcare provider. I don't expect perfection, and I understand that offices get busy. But going more than two weeks after a pharmacy's refill request, followed by repeated phone calls from the patient without resolution, is something I simply cannot risk. I didn't want to leave a physician I'd been happy with for years, but unreliable prescription refills and the lack of communication are a showstopper for me. I need a healthcare practice I can depend on.

Concerning Experience With Northside Family Practice I'm…read moreconcerned and disappointed with my recent experience with Northside Family Practice, particularly regarding prescription refills and communication. I called early in the morning and left a voicemail requesting that my medications be refilled. I did not receive a response that day and had to call the office multiple times to try to get the issue resolved. For someone who relies on timely prescription refills, this lack of responsiveness is frustrating and concerning. I also found the office's information to be inconsistent and confusing. The website does not appear to provide consistently updated information regarding office hours or closures. In addition, the voicemail message states that the office is open until 4:30 p.m., while the office actually closes at 4:00 p.m. This inaccurate information made it even more difficult to reach someone and resolve my medication issue. I respectfully request that Northside Family Practice establish a clear timeframe for responding to prescription-refill requests, such as acknowledging requests within one business day and providing patients with an update if additional time is needed. I also request that the practice review and update its website, voicemail greeting, and other communication channels so that office hours and closure information are accurate and consistent. These specific improvements would help patients receive timely assistance and avoid unnecessary difficulty obtaining their medications.

More often than not, I'm seen at my appointed time. Never feel rushed and always feel heard. Office workers set reasonable expectations for follow ups, referrals, call backs and the like. Lab assistants are the sweetest I've ever met. The whole office does their best to make you feel welcome.
