After contemplation, I came to the conclusion that the "Famous" actually refers to their brands ... and, if that's the case, they definitely hit the mark. Big brands, different styles, and plenty for men, women, and kids of all ages. Plenty of Nikes, Converse, Sketchers, Puma, and Under Armour is your looking for athletic shoes or sneakers. They're also stocked with winter boots: Doc Martins, Bearpaw, Columbia, and Wolverine are a few I saw. And yes, dress shoes, slippers, and sandals are in abundance. I'm a fan of Vans Off the Wall, and usually go to the outlets ... now I'll drop by FF on my next Vans quest. Yup, they've got those Light-Up Sketchers high-tops your kids have been coveting. Actually, they've got a solid selection for kids of all ages (they even have BABY shoes!). FF has some great prices in clearance, but I hope you have small feet. Everywhere else, the prices are reasonable. Look at it this way: You don't have to wait three days, you get to wear 'em out of the store, and you don't have to break down the Amazon box and put it in the recycle bin. The customer service is great at the Jordan Landing location. They were available to answer my questions, but not lurking over my shoulder. Overall, definitely a great place to buy shoes. They may not be "Famous", but their brands sure are.

I took them back to exchange for a larger size. All seemed to be going well and I was looking at a number of other items to purchase which would have added around $600-$700 to what I already purchased. I was then abruptly told I could not exchange the pants I had purchased because tags were removed but still in the bag and they had been washed. I had bought these pants two days prior. What a bunch of idiots who really are lame. Get this. I'm trying to not return but rather exchange the pants I purchased and I was also looking to make a significant purchase, in addition. Where is the common sense with this store's business's return policy and the knucklehead employee I had to deal with. I've been to this location multiple times and if you asked me to pick the manager out of the regular sales associates I couldn't. He did not act professional and seemed annoyed when I had a question. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this was just legitimately uncool. There were a couple very kind sales associates who I did speak too. But from what I have not only seen but heard from others who have shopped here is that the manager is very unprofessional and acts like he is 16 instead on a grown adult. Maybe if they replaced or retrained management on how to act with customers or even their own employees this location would improve
