It continue to feel tight. All I asked was to exchange shoe. He said he couldn't as the 30 days had passed-3 days ago. And then he says oh and they are worn. I explained I tried them to see how they fit, in my house, they are in perfect condition. Now I'm disputing charge. He couldn't provide a company website and asked me to call the company Monday. Horrible service. Why have a manager that can't satisfy a customer. Dicks and Sport Authority work with their customers to ensure they are happy. Unhappy.

Spoke to a few employees who advised me that none of the 25 stores knew about this contest. I showed them the company instagram page and the post. Still they had no clue. I asked who runs or over their Instagram I was advised that Simon's Owner Moe run the page to speak to him about it. Today I wrote the post, and asked for answers. My comment was deleted and I was blocked. What Simon's doesnt seem to understand is folks work for their last name. I entered the contests and told other to do so because a company I trusted was the one who reposted their post in good faith that the contest was real.
