They have a big selection of brands and shoe types, mostly sneakers, but also crocs and other sandal type + outdoor footwear. You just walk in and look around and can try on whatever you want on your own. If you sign up for a free account with them you can get coupons, i believe got 20% off and then an additional $10 coupon plus cash back coupons per $100 spent over time. I didn't really see a lot of sales staff, it seemed more just try things on your own which is fine with me though there are staff around at the front if you have questions or need help. The staff are great checking out and let you know about sales/specials. There's also a clearance section on the back, scored my daughter a nice pair of Champion basketball shoes for $25 there. They didn't have my size of 1 pair of shoes I really liked so I was going to order from them online that showed it in stock, but the very helpful checkout lady let me know if she ordered from the store it would have free shipping to me so I just did it there, she applied another $10 coupon I had to the 2nd order and I got them next business day! Getting all of my family sneakers here from now on.

I obviously don't want to drive 30 mins for them to tell me they don't actually have the shoes I ordered which is why I'm awaiting my email or if they actually answered the phone I'd know whether if I should go in person or not.

Louboutin is what came to mind, and I found this store not far from my hotel. I drove to the arts district, and found parking a few blocks away from the storefront. After navigating here, I entered this nicely organized 2-story shop. The customer service reps welcomed me warmly, and I proceeded to tell them what I was looking for. While they gift wrapped the shoes that I was buying, I chatted with the associated for a bit. They told me that this store is the biggest Louboutin store in the US. The first floor is for ladies wear, and the second floor is for the gentlemen. Since I've ordered on the Louboutin website before, they were able to see that I'm a repeat customer. My checkout was seamless, and I made my way back to the car thereafter. This store is nice. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the surrounding area is decent. If you're looking to buy a nice gift for a special someone, this is most definitely a great option.

The reason I prefer these sandals over the cheaper generic versions is due to their weight and sturdiness. I've visited this store about 6 times now. I know people just consider them to be regular sandals but they're not; they're much more! I really liked their espradille options song with their T-stranded rubber sandals perfect for a notch above the casual look they exude. While they recommend going with the smaller fit, I'd prefer the size up for more comfort. They have a bunch of different colors and lines available. As long as they're not worn and come with a receipt, you can easily exchange them for a different style or size. Chancletas are an essential part of the miami uniform-either you wit it or not boo!
