On July 31, I ordered three shirts from Fanatics. The shirts were 25% off. On August 3, Fanatics shipped my package via UPS and USPS. Three days later, the package was delivered to my home. The shirts look to be in good condition. I have never had to contact customer service. I knocked off one star because the prices can be a little high.

Wtf I thought maybe I read something wrong (blaming myself and not the company) I created a new order to see what shipping said. The two gentlemen working the floor helped get my son fitted for everything he needed for baseball, they even took the time to help him figure out what bat was the perfect fit! These guys knew what they were talking about and doing! I'm so incredibly pleased with my purchase and the customer service!
