Unfortunately, I did not buy any shoes because I want to make certain the Boost lineup is right for me. I felt terrible leaving without buying something because of Erin's genuine concern for the customer. I asked if I could return and ask for her so she could get the credit for the sale. She told me that would be nice, but please just come back and buy some Adidas shoes. She's an amazing person that Adidas is very lucky to have on staff.

I only been to this Pro Image Sports location 3 times now and my experience is great with no problems what's so ever. The guys who work here are top notch they will help you find what your looking for if you can't find it hanging on the display racks. This is a big place to shop at in the mall I was lucky enough to find my items that I was wanting to choose and buy. Keep in mind they do not have a dressing room which sucks they do advise if you have to try it on go to the back area of the store and pull t shirt, jersey over the shirt your wearing when you came in. Over all am I happy? Yes, i am cause it's hard to find sizes like I said above cause of my height being tall has it disadvantages! Batting cages, 4D goof ranges and a huge open field with a running track, basketball area and soccer. Im not too sure hut you can use it as your running field as a workout. I did noticed they have Healthy sport classes like yoga and cardio. This is like if i died and my heaven is this but its missing the bbq area. Cooking is a mayor part of sports. Ain't doing non of these fun things on an empty stomach lol they got fishing why not grilling? Add some test grill outside n give some smoking classes? Lol So the decorations? They are freaking cool! We came in for the free kids fishing event that they had going on this past weekend. We walked around the store for a while until it finally got closer to time. We walked out there and It wasn't too bad at first we got signed up and we noticed it was a little unorganized. More people started to show up and it was hot out. Another issue was where they had us for fishing, it was kind of grassy and the families were kind of close together with no directions. It became hard to get the line out for the littles. I appreciate a free event, especially to get the kids an experience. Just wish it was a little bit more organized maybe with an online sign-up would have helped.

But painful arches while jogging prompted me to seek immediate help from this little shop. The store sits behind Bloomingdale library. I came in and was greeted by a cheerful and helpful clerk. I explained that I was there to buy a particular brand of inserts. But since I wasn't sure of the type, the clerk suggested that I have my feet scanned and she would recommend inserts based on the results. I ended up buying two pair of the inserts she recommended. I LOVE them! It all took about 15 minutes. While I was there, I sneaked a peek at the prices on the running shoes and looked around to see what other inventory they have. The shop is very well stocked with better running shoe brands including on cloud, brooks, and new balance. AND they were no more expensive than what I pay online. So my experience was all together pleasant. As somebody desperate to try to get away from Amazon being my primary retailer, I am definitely going to come to this shop for my next pair of shoes and whatever other running accoutrements I need.
