Their clinicians are respectful of your time and home. I also appreciate how helpful their office staff is with getting wound care supplies and the wheelchair we needed. They followed up on our behalf and made sure we were kept in the loop. We have had 2 other companies before RGA but they don't hold a candle to them. They aren't a big corporation but I think that's why they are so good at what they do.

I tried for long enough for my referral to expire and if you have worked with the VA community care center you know that contacting them to get help takes several weeks as well. Trying to get seen for an injury that is affecting my employment has been an awful experience. Try literally anywhere else if you want to actually be seen. At this point I will have better luck waiting 6 months to be seen once at the VA hospital.

Colorado Orthopedic Consultants in Aurora is an organized office. They sent me texts and emails prior to the appointment to get paperwork filled out. Once I arrived I had a short wait to see the doctor. His PA came in first and looked at my ankle and then I had X-rays done to check on status of fracture and healing. Dr. Meyers evaluated the X-rays and found my ankle was healing. All of the rooms I was in were clean and stocked with cleaning wipes. The office has a large area for physical therapy that I just saw. Be aware that parking is limited outside; there is a large parking garage that I ended up in since this office is adjacent to a hospital.

I met Dr DeLaRosa after months with a severe fracture to my humerus that was not healing. My…read moreprevious orthopedic surgeon had put me in a brace and said that it looked great every time I had an office visit and they took an x-ray and said to come back in another couple of weeks for another check up. My arm was NOT healing and the pain was unbearable and they didn't seem to even care. Dr. DeLaRosa immediately said he was very concerned on my first visit and ordered blood tests and took x-rays and told me that there is definitely something delaying the union of the bone and it was not okay to keep waiting. Within 2 weeks, we had performed surgery and my bone had been stuck in the muscle the whole time and was never going to heal without surgery. Dr DeLaRosa put in a plate and screws and the bone is literally in perfect alignment again! Today my arm is nearly back to full function and better every day! I cannot say enough about the quality of care from all of the staff from the front desk to the schedulers, the MA's and of course Dr DeLaRosa....everyone at OCC went above and beyond for my care and still does!

I randomly selected Mile High, after surfing the list of Humana in-network PT providers. After about 10 unsuccessful tries at other practices, Mile High was the only call whereby someone, a human, answered the phone. That was my first clue that they would offer personalized service. I worked with both doctors, Kimberly Houston, and Padeu Wolfe, who seriously compliment each other, well-representing the elegance and ambiance of the minalist modern decor. They use state of the art tools, including the Kinesis cable system, and an elastic flex wand/bar that just fascinated me!
