The concept is very fun, with the idea of reusing vegetables which have been discarded for being betond their date of sale or being crooked. From the pictures on their website I was already looking forward to deciding what to eat.
We met for a business lunch and decided to sot outside, since work is usually inside. Two of us enjoyed the chef's recommendarion of small tapas with a dessert, the third person opted for the pumpkin soup. It was delicious, nourishing and plenty.
Inside the space is airy and feels positive, and I cannot explain why.
For a team to decide to put into practice the measures that I would like to see more chefs and restaurants do, and to do that obviously successfully, is admirable and one I support straight from my heart.
