Everything was cooked perfectly. I still reminisce about our cheese burgers. The service was outstanding, and the food tasted remarkably fresh and clean. The tomatoes were perfectly ripe; the sauces could be bottled and eaten alone. Everyone was so polite and efficient the customer service was exceptional even though they were having technical difficulties everything seemed to run smoothly. We anticipate our next dining experience and another wonderful meal soon.

It's an open, clean space, and the staff is absolutely top-notch. We had the avocado/guacamole dish, and I haven't seen a setup like that since I was in Lisbon, Portugal. You have to mash the avocado into the sauce, as seen in this image, and mix it all together. The flavor is top-tier. We also had the cauliflower tacos and a shrimp/gambas al ajillo dish. Again, both were very good. There's also a paella dish that I saw someone else order, and it's probably large enough for two people to split. We'll definitely be going back within the next couple of weeks to try that as well. Everything we tried that first night forced me to want to go back within the month. Dave went above and beyond our expectations for our event and it showed with all the happy faces and guests enjoying their hot dogs and kettle corn! And other than Dave being so nice to work with - I can attest that the food is JUST as amazing as he is! The variety of hot dog options is such a treat to pick from and always delicious! Unless you are lactose intolerant, get it stuffed (with two layers of vanilla custard), and honestly it's probably worth the discomfort to get it stuffed even if you are lactose intolerant! Frog in a Blender (lemon lime in the middle, watermelon around the outside) and W&M Tribe (mango in the middle, granny smith apple around the outside) have been our go-tos forever. My husband just ordered the fries, and that portion was HUGE--easily enough to feed 2-3 people! We washed it all down with their slushies and left super satisfied and already talking about coming back! But I have to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff. We interacted with three employees, and every single one was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A gentleman named Roman (I believe) was AMAZING! He was informative, genuinely happy to help, and his customer service skills were on point. Give Roman a raise! Employees like that make such a difference in the overall experience. I don't really eat at food trucks that often but this really exceeded my expectations. The Greek Tacos and rice and beans I ordered were delicious; that gryo meat was SO delicious and juicy. The staff was also very nice and helpful in answering all of my questions. I definitely reccommend STUFT if you see them in Newport News and I can't wait until the next time I get to try those delicious Greek Tacos.

It's a small family business, and they are all so nice. 5/5 for service: they forgot to give me a plate for my order and he literally sprinted across the parking lot after me to make sure I got it! 5/5 for food: Their Bibimbap is one of the freshest I've ever had - lots of fresh veggies like cucumber and carrot, and the egg was cooked perfectly! Sauce was sectioned in its own place so I could determine how spicy I wanted it, which I appreciated. Their mandu is also now my favorite! Beautiful balance of meat to veggies, not over-spiced like others; it's nice and crunchy and golden. Whenever I see them in the area I'll definitely make sure to stop, say hi, and get some delicious food.
