When we returned to explain and get the order remade, there was no apology or sympathy - in fact, we were made to feel like the inconvenience! They literally opened up each burrito to check for cheese as if we were lying. It was made clear that this was an allergy, and in no world would I drive all the way back to get an order corrected if there wasn't actually an issue. Luckily I was ok in this instance, but it's this kind of negligence that can send people to the hospital. Will not order anything here again.

I reached out to them and they let me know that they deliver right after they cook the food so it shouldn't be cold. Give them a try if you are looking for a meal prep service. You can do weekly plans which brings the price down a bit but you also can just order when you need or want it, no contract. Their pricing is also really good compared to other places I have tried.

The food feels fresh and wholesome in my body! I will say that the meals vary in size. We opted for the low carbohydrate 4 oz meal plan option so naturally, the meals are rather light. Some meals are a bit on the smaller side and I get hungry again in 90 minutes or so while some meals are larger and I am unable to eat it in one sitting. I do think some of the meals are lacking in salt/seasoning, but I just shake a little bit of "Everything but the Bagel Seasoning" from Trader Joe's and it does the job! The meals I enjoy most are the meals that include a sauce or meals with flavors that I know I enjoy. This location is always super busy and the location barely seems to fit where it is. Parking is always tight and the store is almost always super crowded. Although I feel like it could be twice as big and still be just as crowded. There are the family favorites that keep us coming back, though, especially the frozen food section and all of the different delicacies they have. The frozen gnocchi is always a hit as well as the latkes. Air frying for the win on those. Overall five stars and would join the hordes of shoppers again.
