They misplaced the order ticket because they were overwhelmed with a large catering order. The manager offered to go in and decorate a freezer cake, but I had to make it to my ceremony and didn't have time to wait around. My husband and I didn't have a cake on our wedding day and I'm just very disappointed such a big mistake could have been made.
