Walmart customer service on the phone could not get a hold of anyone in the store. After going into the store, we were told that, they did not know why Walmart app allowed us to make an order for after 9 PM because they close at nine and we would have to come back tomorrow. This is a lie, by the team lead/front end manager Brad, as we have picked up our order multiple times after 9 o'clock and the pick up is between 9 PM and 10 PM. when I went into the store to, ask someone for help getting my order front end team lead manager Brad was making out with another man and assumed to be associate in front of the check out. Employees were wearing shirts that did not cover their midsection with their vest wide open. There was no professionalism, no consideration for others, and no customer service. I have seen the store degrade over the last year and now I understand why, walmart has lost its dignity, its sense of professionalism, and integrity. I cannot bring my children into Walmart with this kind of behavior. I expect Walmart to fall due to this. Mark my words.

In the last year, we've been to ALDIs in Jacksonville FL, Middletown RI and Somerset KY. They're consistent with the same products, same layout and same system from store to store across the 22 states where we've shopped. As we're heading home today, this was that first stop for our weekly shop. We got eggs and bread and cheese and produce and fresh chickens and pretty much everything on the shopping list that will make tonight's dinner and this week's lunches.
