This is based on todays visit to return a bag of cat food bought by mistake…read more When going in the cashier has to call for the manager. She is a rough one. She said no returns what so ever! She said with or without a receipt no returns. Have dealt with this manager before when they had dog food priced and it rang up higher. Excuse was it was marked wrong so we couldn't buy it!!! Never heard that before! We haven't been going as often as we use to because most items are outdated. If you find something in date its almost priced as high as a regular grocery store, and it don't expire long after. I guess they don't have a dedicated customer like we use to be. Even my parents slowed down going since his prices have gone higher and they ran into problems trying to return before too. I will make sure everyone knows about the way they treat their customers!

Perhaps it's because I'm from California, but paying $20 for a triple cream brie? Or $1.99lb for potatoes? $4.99lb for shallots?!? You've got to be kidding.... Either way, the cheese guy in there knew his stuff! I was very impressed. The wine selection was OK. In a high-end store like that I guess I'd expect to see more of a selection from California, but whatever. If ever I return to Fletcher, I will certainly come back to shop here.

Since then, they've remodeled, making the store hideous. The obnoxiously bright fluorescent lights are blinding. Their prices have also been skyrocketing since then. I'm from San Francisco. I lived in Marin, a very expensive area. The prices at this Earthfare are sometimes double what I'm used to paying in Marin county, CA, less than two years ago. We pretty much just shop at Whole Foods now, who's prices are far more reasonable. Just know if you shop here, it's going to hurt your eyes and your pocketbook. Some of the staff are super friendly though, and I appreciate that they do try and cater to the healthy shopper. Two stars for that. Now if they would only stop bleeding their shoppers dry.

I went straight to a tire store. I had them put new tires on. I asked if the one tire would cause the shaking. He showed me the tire and the fix a flat was just a puddle of liquid inside the tire which is why it was shaking. I went back to store and told them what happened. Instead of returning the $9 the clerk argued with me and she decided she knew more than the people at the tire store. It was disgusting I have spent thousands of dollars at this store in the past 13 years and this is how they treat a loyal daily customer. I will NOT spend another dime there.

Perhaps she should stay in the back and away from customer service, but then I would be concerned she may spit in peoples food with that personality!

When I needed the presciption 2 weeks later CVS said the other pharmacy never sent it over. I called the other pharmacy and CVS never requested the transfer. I went in person to the CVS and they still claimed the local pharmacy never responded (which the local phamacy did while I was on the phone with them). Two days later they filled it and said the cost had changed. At this point I was tired of their deceitfulness and had Walgreen's request it be transfered to them. Another 2 days went by and Walgreens could not get them to transfer the prescription. I had to call CVS myself to make things happen. No one should be out of their medication for 4 days due to the incompetence of CVS's staff.

A friend told us about this Location that there is a meat market here with great meat. This is located across from the post office we go to. Come to find out the name has changed from Sammy's to Drop in Family Market. I had just bought a bunch of meat to freeze so I waited to buy anything. Just wanted but will for sure come back real soon to buy some steaks. Crazy we hadn't heard about this place before now. Over all it's a good size store and they carry pretty much everything you need. Clean and welll organized. Besides being a gas station. Will be back soon and will update then.
