But the recent changes are a disappointment and we won't be using their service anymore. They have changed their ordering so that some of their restaurants can only be ordered by phone and some only through online. So if your family wants from more than one place chances are you will have to place two orders, one online and one by phone. They will NOT take a phone order from an "online" restaurant, even if it's a restaurant they used to offer by phone before the change. While it's not the end of the world it's a real inconvenience if you wanted your family to all sit down and eat at the same time. Their Contact page didn't work either.

We have received the same call taker twice now and both times she is snippy, rude and doesn't really seem to be listening. We live in an apartment block, and despite giving the buzz code, she failed to give it to the driver. The second call she asked 3 different times (which leads me to believe she doesn't listen) what the buzz code was after my fiance told her about the last time. All in all they don't do anything other than take the order and delivery the food, they don't do any type of suggestive up selling which leads to forgotten items because you are focusing on getting through to a lady who isn't all there.
