History

Established in 2014.

Food for Strength LLC was founded by Jen Howard, in 2014, a graduate of New England Culinary Institute and Certified Personal Trainer. Born in central MA she moved to the Pioneer Valley to be with her Husband and soon fell in love with the Valley. After years of working in restaurants Jen decided it was time to put aside the high fat and calorie dense restaurant meals and start offering her clients healthier versions of comforting classics.
