I finally came here for an early dinner after work on a Wednesday and I loved my experience. Google Maps got me to the back entrance of the food court. Since I was new to this food court, I decided to park where I normally do on the other side, with the Chinese gateway arch and where all business are easily accessible. I parked in front of CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice and walked into the mall entrance. I passed by Al Premium Food Mart to get to the food court. I was happy to see it busy with folks chowing down just past 3 pm. Cay Cay, a Vietnamese snack and banh mi stall, got me here. I ended up getting paper rice rolls and a corn dog. Yummy! Sadly, two out of their three drinks were sold out. I wasn't a fan of wintermelon as a drink. Instead, I went to the stall next door, Moteru Sushi, and got a Diet Coke. Both stalls accept credit and debit cards. I was pleased, because I rarely have cash on me. Chibugan Eh, Wokman's Kitchen, and Luen Hing Barbeque accept cash only. There is Tsui Xiang Tsuen, which also seems to accept cash only. I saw a cash register and a calculator when I passed by this eatery. I was happy to see CoCo. I don't remember it being here when I last visited this mall. I decided to get a bubble tea. It's cool that you can access this business from the food court and from the parking lot. Staff were friendly and nice. I loved my strawberry black tea with coconut jelly. I spent a good hour sitting at a table, enjoying my food and drink. The chairs go down when you sit on them. It was different. Each table has four seats. It was spacious and nice having my meal here. I used the washroom before I headed home. It was clean. The stall that I used was a bit tight between the door opening inward and the toilet. It was weird, but I managed to get in and out of the stall without calling for help. I want to return for more good eats and drinks. Moteru Sushi has Korean and Japanese food. I saw someone order ramen, which made me drool. I'd also like to try beef ho fun from Tsui Xiang Tsuen. They do offer the same food selection style like Manchu Wok, Sezchuan and Bourbon St Grill, but also, this place makes noodles mixed with beef, chicken, bbq pork etc. As the photos that I posted for the visit, my partner and I ordered two separate bowls of noodles, a beef brisket and a BBQ chicken respectively. First of all, I have to highlight this to everyone. The amount of noodles, vegetables, and the meat came with each bowl was unbelievable. One order of the bowl can likely fill up one and a half adults stomaches easily. Customers can choose a boiled egg or a piece of fried tofu as a side. Also, you can choose different flavours of soup base. With all these merits, the price for each bowl is just roughly $10 tax included. The server who assisted us with the order was also extremely friendly and caring. She gave us suggestions on the spice level of the soup base based on our preference. She also gave a bit of extra toppings without charges. This restaurant has two food counters side by side (one is serving different options of vegetables and meat, and the other counter which is serving the noodles is right beside but close to the edge of the food court line). If you don't pay attention, you may easily overlook the counter which offers the noodles. If so, just feel free to ask the servers right under the sign of Shanghai 360 for the noodles.
