This place has the greatest Pizza in the world . We get pizza here way more than we should probably a couple times a week it's so good. The price for what you get is excellent the lady that makes the pizza is awesome. Have never ordered a pizza anywhere else since getting it here. Also have a great selection of beer and liquor. Sold me a salad today, with moldy lettuce. They never pull any food they put out. Some of the expiration dates are outlandish. Flip the salads over and check for brown lettuce. The owner is a cheapskate. read more

This food castle is a great spot. It's conveniently located, very clean, and the food is amazing. The pizza, calzones, and wings are amazing. There selection of liquor is extensive. They also have almost any food item you would want/need. The staff is for the most part friendly. And prices are a little higher but you are paying for convenience. Top quality beer selection, not to mention wine and liquor. Surprisingly inclusive grocery section. Awesome greasy party store pizza- nothing gourmet here, just cheap, tasty, and far better than DiGiorno. I've even gotten a salad from the fresh food case and it was good. So really, all the hallmarks of a totally great liquor/ convenience store. Bonus that when you come in fairly frequently and the employees clearly recognize you, they don't say anything embarrassing! read more

Ok after this last visit I don't think I will ever be back. In the past their ready in 20 min is always off and i end up waiting extra long but I know this so now show up 15 min after the time they give me and it works out great. Today it was NOT ok at all. called in a order and went there 40 min later (like i always do) when i arrived i went to the counter and They looked at me confused. Then I heard one employee say to the other "I told you". They pretended to look in the ovens and all around. finally one said "it will be 15 minutes or so." I said but I called it in 40 min ago and then they confessed they got confused and thought my order was a duplicate and didn't make it. What? If your not sure what is 1 extra pizza since you cook and cut up slices to sell separately? It would not even gone to waste!!! I drove an hour to here from work for hungry kids waiting at home. All they could say was sorry it was a mix up. If they would had offered the premade slices for the same price I would have been beyond happy. But nothing just you have to wait. I ended up at little Caesars and saved the day. Since I can't trust the employees when I order to make the food why even bother here? read more

As is the reasoning for most, I simply swing by out of convenience as opposed to anything else. The selection of alcohol is pretty solid, but as has been pointed out by numerous others, the price gouging is atrocious on some items. The best example that comes to mind is how Hopslam was being sold for $26 for a 6pack. $18 is the SRP with a few places going for $20. But $26 is ridiculous. Beyond that, I would suggest you go that little out of your way to a better location with much better pricing. Worst convenience store ever. This place is very close to my house, so I've given them multiple chances. About 50 percent of the purchases I've made here have been defective. Expired milk. Pierced bag of coffee. 5 year old beer. Etc etc. I notice they keep old slices of pizza open in the fridge next to the milk. Do they sell that the next day? This store should be shut down. read more

My sister and I tried to buy pizza sticks a for no apparent reason the lady behind the counter became very hostile. She threw a pizza box on the counter and slammed the case door open. We ignored the behavior at first and proceeded to order 8 sticks. She became even more hostile and said if we wanted to buy 8 sticks we should really order ahead because she just made these. It was very strange and we ended up leaving without buying anything, which is sad for them because we intended to buy a lot more than just the breadsticks. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I would give it a negative star if possible! Upon entering you are greeted with nasty moldy produce and the filth of the store! I snapped a couple pictures to tell my husband we were NOT shopping here and this is why. We (my nine year old daughter and I) were going to drive a couple extra minutes up the road to Kroger. We immediately exited the store and got in the car, only to be followed by the owner because we took pictures of the filth. He continued to harass us until I rolled up my window and drive away. I must say, I love love love this place!!! They have improved so much since they moved the gas station to be inside the store as well. The food is always hot and fresh, and DELICIOUS might I add!!! And the service is always exceptional and prompt as soon as I walk in the door. I have seen the owners working this establishment a lot more (the other employees have pointed them out) and I must say, that has made all the difference!!! I would recommend a thousand times over!! Thanks for being a constantly great place for everything. Drinks, food, great gas prices. We are so happy to have had you in Grand Blanc for sooo many years!!!! read more

Love Food Castle! Started coming here years ago before they did a huge remodel, every time I stop in I'm in awe. Their pizza is the best I've had in town. If you're looking for something fun, new or unique to drink, this is the place to go. The choices are endless and the staff is always knowledgeable about their products and willing to give an opinion or suggestion if you have questions. Highly recommend. Really sad we moved out of town. I've yet to find a corner store that remotely compares to Food Castle! read more

Good pizza and cheese bread at the hot food counter. The workers are always nice and friendly. For a quick place to stop and get a slice of pizza it's pretty decent. Seems like they have a big supply of booze and other things but I usually just stop for the pizza. You can usually get a whole one and take it home for a good price too. read more

This is a great place, I went there a few months ago and there was barely anything in there and I was very dissapointed. But I went in there again to just pick up batteries for a clock and was suprised to see how much it changed. They have a huge wine & Liquor selection. They even have some picnic tables outside. I felt the need to write a review because I felt the same way the person did that wrote a comment in March, but it's much better now. read more

Right around the corner from where I work. Very clean and the people there are great. The food countr has hot meals and deli sandwhichs on the cheap side too. Much rather go here and spend $5 than hit the fast food places in the area. read more

As far as liquor and beer they have a large selection (wigville is down the street and has a far larger selection), as a grocery store it is more expensive than Meijer, Kroger or Walmart but it is convenient and owner is local. hot food is sold past hold dates and hit and miss on quality. read more

If you want a great cheap $5 pizza look no further! And they're subs are pretty damn buttery and good! 5 stars for the price and service. Great people and they don't try to overprice their food. Lots and lots of beer and wine choices to go with your pizzas too. 30 minutes from order to pick up, so don't complain if you show up early and it's not ready. Highly recommend. Good ready to go lunch selection too! Very nice addition to grand blanc by the 75 Saginaw rd exit. read more
